Slavic Mapper in this scenerio Italy honered it's pact with Germany and Austro-Hungary. Also instead of focusing on France and using the Schliefen plan Germany made a strong defense line after capitulating Belgium(just like the Hinderburg line I guess). With Italy in the war Eqypt was smashed between it and the Ottoman empire. With Malta, Cyprus and the Suez canal under Central power control they full control on the western Mediterranean and Greece didn't receive any allied help. There also was no one who could have evacuated the Serbian army through see soo it didn't escape through the albanians mountains as there wasn't any strategic value ( the army was probably destroyed ot it surrendured ). The Ottomans had two less fronts to worry about (Gallipoli and the Eqyption front) and they didn't lost a hole army of 150 000 in the Caucas us so they did better in Mesopotamia and had more troops with which they attacked Russia. With no balkan, Italian or Romanian front Bulgaria and Austro-Hungary send all their men against Russia. Germany and Italy probably also send a lot of man too. There was also Sweden attacking from the north the Finns, Ukrainians, Poles, Lithuanian and other rebels joining the side of the Central powers and ofcourse there were the revolutionaries so Russia had no chance. I haven't watched the whole video wet but I predict that after the Russian capitulation the Central powers will turn all their might against poor France.
