@@vaeniller no ice is technically frozen or solid water meaning if the planet mars would take all the water the ice and snow would remain and can still have a possibility of melting turning into water but it may or may not be fresh water and drinkable also the ice and snow the Atlantic has may not be enough to cover the remaining land where the water used to be and since sand and dirt are somewhere beneath the ocean the ice that melts will obviously turn into water but also get sucked up by the dirt and sand
