This is perfect. I just started a Wilton piping course. I needed practice sheet and yours are ideal. I will be using them in practice this week before my next class. Thanks so much. Louise
Thnk you 😊 I just got inspired for how to pipe cupcakes for my sister baby shower. I wanted to add more designs in addition to the classic rosette 🏵 thnks again 👍🏾
You always come have perfect timing. My kids have been asking for cupcakes 🧁. I love the two tone buttercream. Such beautiful colors. Your designs are so beautiful I don't know which one to use. Thank you for sharing and keep on caking 💜
Do you make/use buttercream in winter? Since central heating is not common in ANZ, I find buttercream is hard and tastes like pure butter at room temp in winter.
Hi there! Yess so I do use it in winter but make sure it's been out at room temp for a while giving the frosting some time to soften before eating it, but you're right when its firm it doesn't taste as good and I can imagine this being a problem when the weather is super cold! :)
@@CakesbyMK thanks!! Sydney homes must be colder than NZ homes. In winter my cupcakes with buttercream frosting stay out (never go in the fridge). Yet the buttercream is hard. It basically means no fancy decorated cakes in winter!!
Hello MK may I ask if I can use Swiss meringue for filling cake? Covering whole cake as well? Thank u 🙏also what kind of frosting can be use for hot weather?

Yes I used to think it was a different tip and never understood why it didn't do this kind of stuff. Then figured out I still had the wrong tip! Lol
Haha yep this was exactly me!! :)

Yesss it's my favourite 😍
How do you get the tops of your cupcakes so perfect? They’re so flat!
Thanks!! My trick is to bake them at a lower temp (these are baked at 165c instead of 180c). This helps prevent doming! :D
