I think it was right to have The Roop perform first: their song is a hymn to joy and to feel good with yourself and sincerely they deserved the victory in 2020. When on the end of the show singer Vaidotas nearly burst into tears knowing he had passed the turn, it was clear to everyone how much sacrifices the group had made to get there! I think they are authentic and deep people as well as extremely original and talented artists. That’s why I keep thinking firmly that deleting Esc 2020 was a real sin. It could be a moment of relief in the midst of the pandemic for many viewers and it could represent a source of hope but also of gratification for all artists. You should have thought at least to a special award at the opening of the new show because cancelling the previous one meant partly cancel all efforts and energies spent by each artist in the race.
However I had no doubts that Lithuania would have created another huge success. I 💛love them: what a BIG shame the jury vote....

@@dalmatiandream4452 you are aware are you not that Croatia is a voting block with North Macedonia and Slovenia. Croatia had a greater block advantage in this semi. They both gave Croatia 12 points a piece. 24/53 that's nearly half their televote Only 8 and 7 from the juries, 39 pts overall from block voting. That's still more in total than the 20 (10 jury and 10 televote) Norway gave Sweden and the 20 (8 jury and 12 televote) Sweden gave Norway.
Croatia had every advantage it could possibly get here. It's not Norway and Sweden's fault other countries didnt televote more for Croatia. They were 2 of the 10 countries that gave them televotes (1 and 2) 7 countries gave them 0 televotes.
Ukraine is a pop sensation?? Dont get me wrong. I love this song, but it's not pop. More folk rock.

This is the frist year that the Eurovision Drinking game isn't worth playing. It is also an incredibly talented year! Damn everyone brought the talent this year. All of these songs are the type of song you'd put on a Pop or easy listening playlist. The themes are amazing. The artists can sing like angels. The dancing is incredibly talented and fits the performances. Might just watch Eurovision for the talent from now on.

I'm actually glad they didn't filter out the crowd audio as much. Imo it adds extra and necessary bass to the performances.

My heart almost dropped when Ukraine wasn't announced until the last position was left, their entry stood out so much and I loved how the main vocalist was focusing on the camera almost like mesmerizing us. This was overall a very nice show and all countries need to be proud of their representatives
Her singing voice was dreadful. I feel like we were watching two different performances

I was stressing out so much !! as the positions ticked away, it got to '5' and I thought , OK, now Ukraine...4....3....2.... ARGGHHHHH . I don't want to experience that again!
