How fitting that they picked "The Boss" for a drill where they paid tribute to Barack Obama? I love it! On a side note...I hope NBC does SU some justice for the classic this year.

Apparently you haven't been paying attention to the Dolls lately. There are all shades on the team and always have been. A lot of what you see in the uniform is a nude tone material and not skin which gives the team a more uniformed look! And the co-captain is a very beauty darker skinned woman...
@kdcatholic I'm not a graduate of Southern University, but I'm sure that the school chooses its Dancing Dolls based on dance ability and not skin color. There have been dark-skinned dancers on the team for many years. Look at a video from 1995 watch?v=jVWP7uxuduM at 5:05. And she is just one example of many. And the current captain is a beautiful dark-skinned sister.
i dont understand everyone get all hyped about this band being sooo damn good but not one time have i seen them dance and play at the same time..... come on southern you are just as sorry as grambling not even better
