- Some closeups from the Enterprise A bridge I made in Blender. Thought this would be neat; focusing on the small details!

The ST VI bridge is my all time faforit, its funktional and have a own elegance, geat work.
@@trekicb thank you!
Aw, c'mon Dad. Let me have the keys to the Enterprise.
Of all the iterations of the constitution class bridges, this one has always been my favorite. The mix of both touchscreen with tactile and physical buttons and switches was a perfect fit to this era of the enterprise. Oh and you cant forget the captain's chair. Lol.
This bridge hasn't bad angle.... Everything is perfect! Excellent work!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽😊🖖🏽
Outstanding. The attention to detail is amazing. As a fellow Blenderhead,I have a pretty good idea how much hard work went into this.
@@stevekitt52 thanks! About 50 hours.
Back in 1975. if you had told me that this would actually be a thing, I'da never believed it... ;)
These are rapid growth in space industry🌌
Nice video, thanks! I've always loved the combination of okudagram and actual buttons/ switches.
Wait, the Enterprise A has a legit ignition key start?!
@@gridlock7425 yes! 🤣🤣🤣 I was just as shocked

@@robbetz I feel like I was on the Is enterprise
Thanks
So, if someone loses the keys, they're all screwed.
Captain James T. Kirk: I miss my old chair.
BEAUTIFUL WITH 🔑 IGNITION 👍🏾👏🏿👏🏾👏🏽👏🏼👏
Man such talent Rob. Well done as usual.
It’s a beautiful bridge
I feel like I used to be on Enterprise
Phenomenal work, Rob!
But "I Miss His Old Chair." 😉
@@JGG1701 thanks! I miss it too
Nice work Rob!!🎉🎉
Great work. As much as I love this bridge, the turbolifts were spread out too far. You didn't do that, of course, but the set designers did, the only reasons I can think of was so that the turbolifts didn't distract from a shot of the captain, or maybe to be able to squeeze in as many actors in a shot as possible. After all, it would be their last show together like this. They gave everyone a seat, except whomever is supposed to be manning the tactical station behind the captain. Personally, I think they could've still had the turbolifts where they were before, and have all those stations, and maybe change some things around so that the enemy doesn't see what's on the tactical display behind the captain. That way, they can still have access to the aft section of A-Deck, so as to access the docking port, and, more importantly, the toilet.
These bridges would make great mods in something like star trek bridge crew with the use if vr, or even accessible in virtual musem sense.
Awesome job man. This was my third favorite Enterprise refit bridge. My favorite is the Wrath Of Khan version, then Star Trek V version then Star Trek VI version. Despite the fact they have the turbo lift alcoves in the wrong place. Where as from The Motion Picture through The Final Frontier they're in the proper place via studio model.
This is cool to see
Sweetness. My Terran bridge isn't this detailed and I can only fudge the LCARS and pretend they fit.
Ooo Hello refit Enterprise A bridge, my favorited version and configuration of all time. :) It was ok in star trek 5, but i like the red colors and darker grays and lighting better in star trek 6 mm i guess that added extension to the console in front of kirks chair also acts as a coffee table? lol was this rendered in 3d studio mac or blender 3d or is this in Unreal engine 5.5?
@@softdreams1776 *puts on nerd glasses* technically this was a Constitution II not a refit as this ship was built as the new design 😉
This was done in Blender. Glad you like it!!
@@robbetz Ah true yes it could be called that to. I was just going by what kirk decker and Scotty said in star trek the motion picture, and Andrew Probert who designed the motion picture 1701 enterprise he called it the refit enterprise when Andrew Probert took over the job designing it from Matt Jefferies and Joseph R Jennings who were working on the refit for star trek phase 2 tv show that got canceled to become the movie the motion picture enterprise instead. it was not until star trek the next generation episode the battle with the star gazer that they came up with the name constitution class for the star gazer. But because the producers and gene Roddenberry did not want to use a constitution class star ship in tng they wanted a new class to be the star gazer. so they came up with the name constellation class for the star gazer, because there is a scene in that tng episode where they made a mistake and Jordi called the star gazer a "constitution class" refit. after that scene when they went with a new class and ship they use the name constellation class hopping nobody would notice the difference. then we hear captain Picard use the name constitution class again in tng episode 129 relics when they fined scotty on the crashed ship USS Jenolan on the dysons sphere scotty goes to the holodeck on the enterprise d :) last time we hear constitution class used was star trek DS9 episode Trials and Tribble-ations
when a bajoren orb takes the crew of uss defiant travel back in time to the tos episode trouble with tribbles and they run in to the tos constitution class uss enterprise :) then in last season of star trek Picard we see and hear about the neo constitution class 3 refit from riker. Witch to me is a tottaly new ship design because its far biggr then the old constitution class's. but i don't like that one i know that one came from a star terk book about captain Savvikk.
@@robbetz Oh wow i had no idea blender could render so good O_O for free software that's not bad at all
Great Work Sir (:
@@darrensmith6999 thank you!
Looking great! Quick question, what focal length are you using for the cameras?
@@HalcyonUniverse thanks! I stick to real world primes; 14, 28, 35, 50, and 85mm. I think this was mostly 35.
Amazing work. Were the display animations also done in Blender?
@@robpearce1266 thanks! They were animated in premiere
Have you ever fleshed out the Enterprise-A from the end of ST:IV?
