They don't usually waste their own time, they just exit the game. It's only you that gets your time wasted. Edit: It's auto defeat after like 2 min of inactivity or so, I've seen it happen when I lose connection sometimes
Someone did that to me once, and the next time we matched, I sat there and played cards one by one just before the timer ended. Took them 30 min to kill me. Revenge is sweet indeed
Idk if they knew why I did that though, they probably can't read my in game name

They use Eula coz
1. Skill can freeze and buff the succeeding making it easier to kill
2. Can proc shatter unlike Chongyun

Well, Opponent talent, weapon or artifact total dice cheaper than yours, you gain dice.
Or if you have 1 but opponent none, you gain 1 dice

What do you think of using guoba vs fwof in mew? Which one do you think is better?

For artifact engine, i think gouba is better in order to spam a lot of dice. Otherwise, just use FWOF
