I heard about her around a year ago I've been saying the same thing! I wouldn't call her dumb I generally feel like she has some kind of mental disorder! I know videos about her does get views from a couple different creators sometimes! I just wish she would just go away! Well what is clear is that everyone that is like her has nutrients deficencies, that's already visible by her looks. Many people are deficient even in b vitamins because of our modern diet the body cant convert enough to its active forms, especially when the coenzyme of b2 is low. Almost every mental illness patients has vitamin deficencies, especially in vitamin d and most b vitamins. And blood tests usually don't detect those as it doesn't capture how much of them are converted in their usable forms

I'm 100% certain she read his response. Alyssa will read or watch almost anything that involves her in hopes that she will find a piece of information to dunk on them with. Her response came many hours after Mahler made his tweet so she was clearly trying to find something to get back at him with. When she found nothing, she had to engage her little brain and try and come with some kind of witty retort that would get to Mahler, and that was the best she could muster.
I always really loved the Ori games, but knowing that they were directed by such a common sense giga chad makes me love them even more.

The fact that he spent an excruciating time to explain every possible way she was wrong and she responded with the 'i aint readin all that' image macro is the absolute depth of patheticness. She just chose to ignore being completely served because it doesn't fit her narrative of a perfect world where she's always right. Just the sheer fact that she can boldly reply 'I'm ignoring everything you just said' to being absolutely _destroyed_ is so unspeakably pathetic that it beggars belief.

My real problem with Alyssa is that she doesn't hold herself to the same standard she holds everyone else to. She has literally published articles with detailed information on people who've criticized her, to say nothing of literal harassment of family members, but the second someone calls her out in a tweet or someone "on her side" it's a problem?

but I've worked in tons of creative fields and this hot piece is common every day for almost every project.

The game director had every right to ask that woman publicly who she was, because she was using his games as part of her resume for clout. Therefore she was implying, she was a part of his company and his team that worked on both games. She was also apparently using this clout to attack his customers. When asked she was forced to admit she at best was tangentially involved, as part of some group that researched Xbox users; whatever that means. She may not have completely lied, if one was being very generous, but her omissions of certain facts means she was still trying to mislead people of what she did for those games. Being a developer for the game instead of some researcher in, I guess marketing.
Mercante decided to step into something that was already resolved. Then act like a brat when slapped down.
Unfortunately, starving an overt narcissist of attention isn't a guarantee that they'll go away.
They may disappear for a while, but then attempt to re-invent themselves someway, somehow.

I've been playing games pretty much since I was a kid, I would have never known who this Kotaku writer is, if you guys didn't keep covering her. Nobody reads Kotaku, in fact, nobody ever did. Those websites are just dying hold-overs from the early years of the internet gold rush of faking traffic to sell ad revenue.
