CORRECTION: it is Little Walter on harmonica on this record, not James Cotton as I said in the video.
In this week's lesson, Liam Ward teaches you the first solo from Got My Mojo Working by Muddy Waters on an A diatonic harmonica. Featuring the amazing Little Walter on harp, this is a red hot blues tune with a great intro and sizzling solo.

Can you make some lessons of Sonny boy Williamson 1&2 like for example “Temperature 110” by SBW2? Or some songs of SBW1?
Again love your videos!
Hi Branko Miksa, thanks for watching and commenting. I'm really glad you liked the lesson. Watch this space as I hope to do some boy Sonny Boy I and II in the future :)
P.S. I'm actually uploading a new Sonny Boy II lesson today!
LearnTheHarmonica.com Thank you very much!
I’m eighteen and I learned the harmonica about ten years or so and I love to play the blues classics!
I’m even in a band.
But your videos are so helpful, I Learn a lot of things that I didn’t even know about the harmonica.
You’re the best!
Superb.......Killing it as usual. Liam is the dogs B*@*cks.
Haha, thanks South Side Paddy
Cotton took the live gig.
That's little Walter on the record!! Just saying!
Yep, realised this after posting. D'oh!
Hi, what is * Mojo * terrm? Pls explain
It's a pretty cool word actually, check it out - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mojo_(African-American_culture)
You're playing in A, but isn't cross harp for E a B harp?
Nope, it's the other way round. Song key E, use an A harp. Song key B, use an E harp. Hope this helps!
@@Learntheharmonica Thank you. I was reading the charts wrong. Now if I could just stop putting my shoes on the wrong feet, I'll be all set
