There was 9 pieces of the Dragon Rider Staff we had to get instead of 4. the 5 that wasnt included from the 4 you listed was: Gobblestone Castle in WC, Grand Arena Trophy Room in Krok, North Clocktower at Newgate in MB, Koto's Dojo in Mooshu and the Deans Den at the Labyrinth in DS
I played this as a kid but couldn’t afford to get anything so I quit till I can afford it on my own. Now all I see is people who wanna rush through it as if there’s nothing else to do. I made some friends who sped through it and abandoned me because I was falling behind.
Nothing like a kids game to teach me about the death of a loved one, slavery, corrupt governments, discrimination, coups, classism and basically genocide

This recap ties a lot together really nicely and explains a lot of stuff I either didn't understand or didn't catch :)
I loved this video and the breakdown of Arc 1. I was too young to appreciate the story so to see again all laid out makes my time spent on Arc 1 feel more special. Can’t wait to see the Arc 2 breakdown

i kinda forgot how many steps you gotta do just to finish a world. like it makes sense from a game standpoint and when playing doesn't feel like its that bad. but hearing the story and how many things you gotta go through.... mannn its a lot haha, its not a bad thing, just never realized till I heard the whole story in a video under 30 minutes XD
Great video! One slight correction, however. Ashley, the fire tree, was not the only Spell tree to survive. Corpus the death tree is also alive outside the death school in Dragonspyre. Although unlike with Ashley, he never talks or is ever even mentioned. We only know his name because that's what his model is called in the game files.
Finally! Someone else who loves the LORE! I play this game mainly for the LORE! I love the game's story. Could you do one for Pirate101 to? Also, the kroks came from Wallaru as revealed in the newest update, I don't know if you planned to add that info in your Arc 4 video, but I figured it might be good to add that to the Krokotopia.

I'm a little bit confused why malistair wants to revive the dragon titan with the krokonomicon instead of just using the book to straight revive his wife lol
Sniffy doesn’t mention it at all, but he tries to revive his wife in her tomb in dragonspyre first thing when he gets there. It doesn’t work and she turns into a lych, at which point he thinks the dragon titan’s more powerful magic will somehow make it work.
Thank you so much for this video! Until now I barely understood much more of the story than Malistaire trying to revive his wife and the player trying to hunt him down. Now, 10 years after first playing through arc1 I finally understand the backstory of the worlds and the stuff going on there. xD How did any of the writers back then expect kids to understand the mess that is and was going on in Dragonspyre??

the first arc was really well done and if we take it from the perspective of a kid there are some metafor with the real world that were perfectly revisioned in a family game, i know for sure that some mission where giving some life tips
I played this game from 08 to 10 and I only ever made it to Marley Bone. I would clear through Kroptopia and then remake a new wizard and start all over again with my friends.....I just wanna be a kid again

Gotta disagree with the whole "Ambrose found Earth after Malestaire went mad." Malestaire moved the death school through his attempts to resurrect his wife, which means Ravenwood was already established when she died.

Same here, I can afford it now but I just do the quizzes and progress by unlocking zones
