Yay!!!! I am so enjoying your reactions to this show ❤ We are all in love with Kate… I mean how could you not be… she’s so beautiful and graceful and sweet and considerate and talented and just all around lovely person….
The Noooo 😂😂 after Francesca came forward 😂 Benedict got their wedding night 😵🤠✌🏾 Someone said the horse 🐎 that interrupted them outside the modiste was Lord Bastillos* revenge for the galloping along joke 😂
I discovered your channel about 2 weeks ago and have been binge watching ever since. I love how funny and relatable your reactions are 😆. It's so interesting to watch a male perspective on this show. Also, we're all obsessed with Kate ❤. Lots of love from the UK 🇬🇧🤗.
OMG I loved this reaction! Feel like I've always enjoyed them but. it's still like you're just getting funnier and better in each video lately? Relate to so much of your reactions. Let's go!! 😆😂🥰 PS Woke up my husband laughing at "you're creepy dude" in the scene w. Benedict at the end 😂😂😂
Yeah, really surprised watching reactors be surprised by that line! I think it actually takes people out of it, where I was never interrupted from the romance because this wasn't a foreign line to me. ❤ I mean vows come in so many forms
I love your reactions Derek. And I never see your jokes as you not taking a show seriously. Is this Succession? No. But it's still a very well acted show with great production quality and I think it's clear you know that too. It's not like you're mocking it. Keep being you. :)
I have to wonder the technicality of that because up until like the 1850s the British ruled Indian under the East India company. I think dual citizenship would have applied during the bridgertons time period (they are some somwhere between 1815and 1817 at this point) since this was before the east India company handed the rule of India to the British crown.
Not in the bridgerverse. Pretty sure they said last season that India wasn’t a colony (I’m not even sure they’ve made up their minds about America being independent yet, since Jack Fetherington doesn’t seem to say anything either)
You are so unserious 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Also, Lady Dambury's marriage was arranged since she was 3 years old and probably got married quite early. So it's not outlandish for her to hold that grudge against her brother. 😅
Would love if you could watch Jonathan baileys American limited series called FELLOW TRAVELLERS THATS CREATED SO MUCH IMPACT AND ALSO BROUGHT HIM EVEN MORE OPPORTUNITIES LIKE BEJNG CAST AS THE FIRST OPENLY GAY MAN TO BE CAST AS A LEAD IN A BIG FRANCHISE JURRASIC WORLD
I ain't upset - Bridgerton is definitely not a show to be taken too seriously. admittedly, I take Benedict's storyline very seriously but I still enjoyed your 'Is it though?' comparison. in fact, I think Luke Thompson was making a lot of very confusing expressions during that scene and looked like he got blue balled there at the end :D he was definitely turned on by everything that Tilly was telling him, and then she up and goes? he was SO about to pounce on her. I almost groaned with frustration on his behalf :D
I enjoy your reactions a lot. Don't get such negative people on your mind... I'm on your side with outer banks. Stopped watching it because these Kids are making so stupid descicions. Back to bridgerton. Loved the wedding.... and the dance was perfectly done. Colin has to suck it up and stand to his Lady. Sleeping on the sofa? I'd say it is his loss...... for sure 😅
Pen's excuses for writing about Colin were a bit gross. She was lashing out at him because she was angry, hurt and jealous, but as you said, that is the sort of conversation that should be kept between the two of them. The conversation they did have about it was great, but also soured by her initial response. She wants him the way she wants him, and didn't like that he changed, yet she's never once bothered to ask him why. Him believing that she lacks respect for him is completely understandable. I know she's a gossip, and a fundamental lack of consideration for other people's feelings and privacy is a given, but he was her friend for a long time. He always protected her, and saw her when nobody else did. What happened in 2x08 sucks, but one incident shouldn't negate all those years. Besides, Pen's intentional, pre-meditated, public attack on him was much worse than Colin's one-off, spur-of-the-moment comment to a limited number of people. All their conversations in S3 have been primarily focussed on her, largely because she let him believe he needed to earn back her friendship, when she'd already gotten her petty revenge. Her crush on him may have been one-sided in the first two seasons, but their friendship never was, until this season. Whether it's because the writers listened to all that toxic, entitled nonsense people kept saying about wanting to see Colin grovel, which is really gross, or for some other reason, that does not make for a healthy dynamic. I mean, she wanted him so badly for so long, but now that she has his love, she cares more about her ego? She'd really choose trashy gossip over the life she could have with him? Really?! Also, you were spot on about Eloise and Colin loyally keeping Pen's secrets, no matter how hurt and angry they were about them. Which is kind of ironic, since Penelope herself has little respect for anyone else's secrets.
Although Pen should've told Colin to his face instead of venting in Whistledown, her observation wasn't wrong or selfish. Even Violet and Eloise told Colin that his new attitude was a shallow facade that was hardened and off putting. Pen's opinion was savage at times, but she wasn't trying to change or manipulate Colin.
It's funny that many people, including Colin and Eloise, has caused Penelope public embarrassment. But to them they just say sorry and then it moves on. On top of that, half of their anger at her being lady whistle down is that they can't imagine someone that people consider an outcast like Penelope can be wistledown. She's ignored or teased quite openly. I don't say what she did is right, but I am surprised that she forgives people so easily.
Colin is like, "I'm mad at you but still not letting you out of my sight." Imagine if Lord Deblin returned to town😂😂😂😂
It's so cute
BRIDGERTON was nominated 15 times & won 2 Emmys
Yay!!!! I am so enjoying your reactions to this show ❤
We are all in love with Kate… I mean how could you not be… she’s so beautiful and graceful and sweet and considerate and talented and just all around lovely person….
I loved how she assumed the Violet role when she spoke to Colin before the wedding - the Viscountess was Viscountessing!
💯
I love your "unserious" reactions 🤣 I cant wait to see your reaction to the last episode!
the unserious reactions are exactly what make your channel unique and we're here for it 😂🙌
The Noooo 😂😂 after Francesca came forward 😂
Benedict got their wedding night 😵🤠✌🏾
Someone said the horse 🐎 that interrupted them outside the modiste was Lord Bastillos* revenge for the galloping along joke 😂
The horse comment! 😂
She's self-published. Colin definitely has the money to be published as well.
I love your video wrap ups, you’re hilarious 😂🫶🏾
I didn’t have a “Meet the Grahams” reference on my bingo card for this reaction but I’ll take it!

With my body I thee worship, is the Church of England's vows.

❤ I mean vows come in so many forms
Which makes sense when you consider why the Church of England exists.
Penelope is like the Sansa Stark of Bridgerton. She can never catch a break.
So true. And she cops all the blame
So happy to see this reaction. You're great. Lookong forward to the next one 🙂
9:07 🤣🤣🤣

your simpdom for kate sharma will forever crack me up
India was under British rule during this time. No dual-citizenship needed.

Yeah, she would have been 15/16 years old--teen girls hold hella grudges. She wouldn't have cared that the little traitor was only 10 yo😅.
I love the Kendrick vs Drake comparisons and yes Pen is the Beyoncé of that couple!! Your reactions are so fun to watch.
I definitely did!!!🤗
I enjoyed your reaction and your humor.

I don't like Eloise's parroting of Penelope's party line that she only writes bad things about people who've deserved it.

pen shouldn't have to choose between what she likes to do and her man, that's the point.
