this will always be one of my favorite albums, i love the packaging too, but the sound is excellent...upfront, as a live album should be. very raw, cant overstate the importance either. cant get enough still
Ill second that - One of the most raw and pure sounding albums in existence
don't be so clever - HEX is the greatest
@@plejady Yes
Love the poison girls Crass flux conflict dirt alternative sub humans rudimentary peni still got all my vinyl with there covers and still play them today 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️ Punk for ever
You sound like you were a Centro Iberico regular.....were you?
Was at thus gig, bought the album a couple of weeks later, clear vinyl with a lyric sheet, still playing it 40 years later, one of the best live albums ever released.
Not you were not
@@plejady oh yes I was, walked home after gig, nightmare.
@@kevsyrob prove it)))
Don't forget Hex
@@plejady Hex was my fave Poison Girls album. Or maybe Chappaquiddick Bridge.
YES REALLY FANTASTIC
thank you for the like,i missss mij old punk and wave people, some of them ,realey the most where fake, but i am alwys the same after all those years
I had the pleasure of seeing poison girls in Cardiff students union in March 1981. I was 16 and chatted openly with Vi she was concerned about me and my friends about how we were getting home from the gig. Fab person and her lyrics mean just as much today if not more today. R.i.p Vi. X
I have met Dick from Subhumans many times. He still kind of remembers who I am.. I mean not my name.. but who I am. I really want to meet Rimbaud. I want to pick at his brain about Zen ideals. Awesome story by the by.
You have not seen them
Frances was a wonderful person in so many ways. I was in state of absolute disbelief when she left us. This world is a darker place now.
@JohnLoydon don't troll on Vi's legacy. Please. Anyone who likes poisongirls should be friends.
@@jimbeckwith5949 ok I seen poison girls on Portobello market - big gig 4000 people in 1984 during carnival
Sweet!
Was at the gig and got the album.clear vinyl and lyric insert sheet.
wow....got blown away by this band
great gigs in berlin in the eighties.gneisenau strasse 'EX'
Got it on clear vinyl
+Rich Arthur Me too.....ace to see this on here....only just found it today...loving it
Saw them in Plymouth 1983
I used to have this album, but got damaged in a move. Wish it was on CD.
I remember picking mine up at a used music store almost 30 years ago, it was playing as I walked in, and.. I had to have it.
Mine is a faint gold color, black album cover with nothing on it, the graphic and printing is on the outer plastic sleeve.
I don’t have the lyric insert, I guess the previous owner lost it.
Siete sempre i più velenosi
Ah!
It's a shame vi subversa isn't here to write songs about today's current state of affairs.
YES INDEED
I kinda guess what she'd make of our current woke snowflake generation. And it wouldn't be pretty...
@@jimbeckwith5949 I know she would chew them up and spit them out in the trash with a sharp lyrical wit.
Come to Brittany! It s a good land
YES BETTER AS HOLLAND
