@@cornfloats7004 , yes you can, but remember 1 grams agar agar =2 grams gelatine. Also make sure the liquid cools down to about room temperature before making the pearls. Best of luck.
You can keep it for about three weeks because there is no other liquid added to the balsamico, that means it is ok even without frige, except for the fact that it can lose texture if placed outside the fridge.
I will be glad to answer any question🤩
Agar agar is very hard to get here...can I use gelatin?

Thank you so much 🙏😊
How long does the caviar keep for? Once you transfer it to an airtight container how long will it keep?
Also can you re-use the oil for a 2nd batch?

Yes you can reuse oil, you just have to filter the oil before use.
That looks beautiful. Can you give some example dishes where you would use the balsamic pearls, please?
Yes of course, i will make a combination of videos, how i use these pearls in different ways. Checkout very soon. Thanks 😊
Thanks for the video. What kind of oil are you using? Will sunflower oil work?
Yes sunflower oil will work and any other neutral oil too. Make sure the oil is ice cold.
@@klavertjevierkitchen Perfect thanks!
