      Agar agar is very hard to get here...can I use gelatin?

      @@cornfloats7004 , yes you can, but remember 1 grams agar agar =2 grams gelatine. Also make sure the liquid cools down to about room temperature before making the pearls. Best of luck.

    How long does the caviar keep for? Once you transfer it to an airtight container how long will it keep?
    Also can you re-use the oil for a 2nd batch?

      You can keep it for about three weeks because there is no other liquid added to the balsamico, that means it is ok even without frige, except for the fact that it can lose texture if placed outside the fridge.

      Yes you can reuse oil, you just have to filter the oil before use.

      Yes sunflower oil will work and any other neutral oil too. Make sure the oil is ice cold.

    i am 30 and have never seen anyone measure with "CL" ? tf
