    Amei a receita, você pode me informar que líquido é esse que recebe as bolinhas? ele deve estar em que temperatura?

      Fico muito feliz que você tenha gostado da minha receita e obrigada pelo comentário. O líquido onde coloco as bolinhas é com óleo. Você pode usar muitos óleos diferentes, eu usei óleo de girassol. O óleo deve ficar no freezer por 3-4 horas antes de ser usado. Quando você coloca o gel no óleo gelado, ele se transforma em bolas antes de atingirem o fundo. Se o óleo não estiver frio o suficiente, o gel cai no fundo do óleo e fica achatado.

    Finally something diffent in the preparation process. I say this because all the other versions I've seen use Agar, Agar powder instead and I was starting to wonder if you had to use Agar Agar obligatory.

      No I doth mean your recipes I meant the other channels I've seen doing this. All the others uses Agar so yours is the first one I've seen using gelatin that I was starting to think that you have to use agar by obligations to do this; sorry if you misunderstood.

    Did you drip the caviar base hot into cold oil or not?

      The oil is freezing cold and has been in the freezer for 3 hours. In this way, you are sure that the small caviar pearls will be round when you drop them into the oil🥰💗💗

      Cool thing...worked great and it tastes delicious. For a little more flavor, I added a little orange essence from the baking department. This is a great way to use leftover juice (if you have any) to make a great decoration. 👍👍👍

    I used vegetable oil and when I took it out of the freezer after 3 hours ,the oil was like an ice cube , it was solid. Do I need to use a different oil or am I doing something wrong?

      No, you don't need to. You have to let the oil stand and thaw until it is a thick, icy porridge. When it stands and dries up, press the bottle to mash it together. There is a difference in freezers as to how cold they are, my oil was perfect after 3 hours but it might not be that cold.

      Muito obrigado pelo seu doce comentário. 1-2 semanas no frigorífico. Pode deixar o caviar no azeite e colocar o copo na geladeira. Retire os que você precisa e lave-os em água fria.

      Hi Jami❤️
      You start by putting your oil in the freezer for 3-4 hours
      Then you make the taste you want and when it has cooled down to hand-warm you fill the ice-cold oil in a glass and drip your taste into it. You can have your caviar left in the fridge in the glass with oil until you need them

      The oil itself has to be cold with this method because you are basically using the oil to quickly cool off the little drops. (Think of it as making something like jello except instead of cooling the jello off for an hour gradually it has to happen before the sphere gets to the bottom of the container.)

      Ναι, μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε ηλιέλαιο Το λάδι πρέπει να είναι στην κατάψυξη για τουλάχιστον 3 ώρες πριν το χρησιμοποιήσετε.     Can I keep them already rinse in the fridge so I can quickly use them when I need or I need to keep them into the oil and just rinse them with water before use?🙈..hope did understand my question..I want to make them for dessert at work and it will be easier if I can keep them already rinse into water,but I don't know how they last,that why I'm asking you.       C'est de l'huile de cuisson dans le verre. Vous pouvez utiliser de l'huile d'olive. L'huile doit être au congélateur pendant 3 heures avant de l'utiliser.

      Puedes utilizar aceite de colza, aceite de oliva o aceite de girasol. Lo importante es que el aceite haya estado en el congelador mínimo 3 horas.

      Rapeseed oil comes from a plant called rasp, perhaps you can only get it here where I live. You can also use sunflower oil, the important thing is that the oil has been in the freezer for at least 3 hours so that the caviar has time to freeze before it falls to the bottom of the oil

    But when I tried with cold oil, when I drop the fruit juice into the oil, It always settles down below and instead blends in with each other. Can you help me please? 😅 It's for my homework from school 🥲

      Anyway, I will try to help you. The oil should be so cold that it is almost as thick as porridge when you take it out of the freezer. Your fruit juice with jelly must be cooled completely so that it is almost cold and that is just before it becomes stiff. You must not drip too many into the oil at once. Try dripping one down first and see if it gathers into a ball and slowly falls to the bottom. If it doesn't, either the oil isn't cold enough or the fruit gel is too hot. If your fruit jelly should become stiff when you stand and make it, you can always warm it up a little in the microwave for 5-10 seconds. I hope it works out for you

    I tried a couple of recepies and both times they fall down nice and it looks like its gonna work, But then when im gonna take them from cold oil to the water they just smoosh together and there is no caviar/pearls left 😅
    What do i do wrong?

      I don't know how long you leave them in the oil, but they must be in the oil for about an hour so that they are completely cold and set. If it doesn't work, you can write again and we'll try to solve the problem.

      the pearls in the video are small jelly pearls and are not the same as popping pearls. Popping pearls are made from a dough that is rolled into small pearls and boiled in water

      Όταν τελειώσετε με τις ζελέ χάντρες σας, τις βγάζετε από το λάδι και τις τοποθετείτε σε μια χαρτοπετσέτα. Αυτά που πρέπει να χρησιμοποιήσετε πρέπει να τα ξεπλύνετε με κρύο νερό για να αφαιρέσετε το λάδι. βάλτε το υπόλοιπο που δεν έχει ξεπλυθεί στο ψυγείο. Οι πέρλες ζελέ μπορούν να διαρκέσουν μια εβδομάδα στο ψυγείο

      მზესუმზირის ზეთს ვიყენებ. ზეთი საყინულეში 2-3 საათით უნდა შედოთ, სანამ ზეთი სქელ ფაფად არ გახდება. შემდეგ ჟელე ნახევრად გაყინულ ზეთში ჩაასხით. და იმის გამო, რომ ზეთი ძალიან ცივია, გელი იყინება პატარა მარგალიტებად, როდესაც ისინი ზეთში იძირება.
