    One of the best work out channel. He always explain and go through the details and it really helps me as a beginner and I've learnt so many things watching your videos. I liked when he explained the shoulder abduction and that u must keep your arms tight to ur body to really isolate the muscle which in our case is the biceps

    I been doing these like CRAZY! I found my wrists feel better with this than the strain i feel with an EZ bar curl. weird, because an EZ bar is curved BECAUSE its a better wrist position. but it really just depends on the person, straight or curvd bar...
    Hit me 105lbs max on EZ bar, and since then i can knock out 105 for reps, now i wana reach me 135lbs on barbell curl! Just to hit a 45lb plate on each side, lol. (at 115lbs so far, probly can hit 125, but def not 135 yet) that's as much as some people can only do on bench press.. XD

    Is it better to decrease the volume and increase frequency for natural lifters? So for example as opposed to training the muscle once a week and killing it, training it twice a week and doing less sets and exercises

    • @Ghost-fe1vp
      @Ghost-fe1vp 7 років тому

      twice week if you are doing more volume with that way of training.

    • @kevinstone7114
      @kevinstone7114 7 років тому +1

      Ghost 1111 I'm not necessarily doing more volume. in fact for muscles slightly less so that they recover in time but I'm doing it twice as often so it must be better right?

    • @nickkuttian4143
      @nickkuttian4143 7 років тому

      Joseph Stalin these are natural lifters, anyway in my experience one heavy session once a week is good when bulking and you can do less weight more volume when cutting to help tone the mussels

    • @BigBoss....
      @BigBoss.... 7 років тому +1

      still__4twenneCliCC, hmm idk. My wrist started hurting on my right arm when curling. I took a few weeks off, lightened the weight and altered the way I do curls. I basically hammer curl the dumbbells a third of the way up then supinate the wrist to squeeze the biceps for the rest of the motion up. I do that every dumbbell curl exercise for biceps, whether it be inline, preacher, or standing curl. My wrist has slowly fully healed since.

      Flo Striker You to implement a beating off regimen this should strengthen those wrist lol...wrap those wrist up every time u lift and take a joint health also place your arms flat across the bench use lite DBells and reverse curl works forearms also!

    • @kamikazepiloot100

      Depends on how much u can lift don't drop the weight lower the reps but u have to heal the body and doing the small things to strengthen will help I'm almost 40 I've done the things I told u wrap and lite db rev curls worked for me my rite wrist sucked but I have no problems now!

    • @pajtim9079

      Laying the back on the wall would not allow the elbows go back as you bring the barbell down, so that helps to isolate more. haha and it's a good idea
