is it good cause my uncle got one for me and he wants me to buy the tires and i'm 14 and i'm not good with quad parts and what inch are the tires and how much would they cost
You might have clogged carb vent lines, which makes it a bit harder for the spinning engine to suck fuel in , also, check that your fuelmis fresh, & air filter is not super clogged up, that would make it harder to get started
i was passing people on a road that was a 45 mph road everyone was going the speed limit or a little over. quadsport 230. I know the difference between 22 mph and 50mph.
if it passes a 1/4mi in 4 seconds,then it would pass a mile in 16 seconds. doing some calculations...then you're saying it goes 225mph. measure out a distance, time it with a stopwatch, r=d/t, then youll have a close approximation of the top speed. or even drive parallel to a car going a known speed. i used a magellan gps to find mine.

On a quad it does feel a little higher mph. My 125 quadrunner went 22 but that was from a spedo [Guy riding next to me]
