Thanks, this explains the breakaway emergency of Aminu Kano as a force in the Northern politics
History always repeats itself 😮
Thanks for clearing that up. I still respect the Sardauna regardless. I guess some his actions and dealings explains why he was marked for elimination in the first military coup.
This story is actually half baked. The narrator is just being cunning
Haven't you made this video before?
Watchman
Seems Ahmadu bello is not only egoistic but quite petty. 😅😂 a typical Nigeria 🇳🇬 politician lifestyle 😆 tilll date 💯
Bello's cup became full, when himself, Balewa, and Akintola conspired to imprison Awolowo so they could easily win the 1964 Nigerian general election and remain in power.
The coup was 1966
The comment I was looking for don't mind the hypocrites
So the dethroned Emir far outlived his nemesis?
Your next attempts to intervene in serious issues like this should involve serious research based on historical accuracy devoid of sentiment and malaise. The Sardauna remains the most pragmatic leader , who would have made the North an envy of the other regions. He was a leader with courage, conviction, confidence, and capacity. He remains the most revered post colonial leader of Nigeria.
He was a fanatic and tribalistic human infact his actions and speeches are one of the things that led Nigeria to the first coup
Lolz I laugh in Chinese better wake up from your slumber
Bello was arrogant, tribalist, ambitious and above all a victim of British divide and rules which continued till this day. In North they “British” succeeded as well as west with the exception of east that would even come to try to hold Nigeria together.
@laurenceabilunier, really, but the history told us that British handed over Nigeria to Tafawa and Azikiwe, both are from North and East, and the opposition leader which was Awolowo was from West, Tafawa and Azikiwe were ruled Nigeria from 1960 to 1966.
@@love-heartbamaiyi4258 you completely missed my point. Nevertheless go on with your point. Infighting amongst Northerners and another infighting amongst Westerners. Read between the lines. That actually would define the birth of tribal politics instead of national politics. The other person ( Eastern) bridges but it never holds. His party NCNC with a western Nigeria Herbert Macaulay as Council Secretary Gen
Even this your comment is tribalistic
Cause Azikiwe and balewa was incharged then
Which Azikiwe was the one representing the queen in Nigeria
And Bello accused him of being tribalistic
Cause most post were held by easterners then
Strange, Ahmadu Bello a tribalist?
@@sani7351 he was friend, in rhetoric it started from him. He didn’t shy away from it. Others learnt from him. Go back to footages not even books because I could recommend countless for you.
Research well before writing a script. Why will say Sanusi 1 is the 11 emir of Kano?. Where to you put the Hausa emirs abi they no rule kano?. You can't delete the history of Hausas Lie lie...
D 11th Emir mean say 10 other Emirs don dey B4 am...
Wetin be ur ishu?
@@DienEbriI think it may have something to do with the fact that Muhammad Sanusi I wasn't the 11th emir of Kano if Hausa rulers are included. While I am not sure, Muhammadu Sanusi can be said to be the 11th Fulani Emir of Kano. That's most likely the "Ishu".
@DienEbri The history which has long been deleted by the fulanis? The Hausa lost it when the allowed the jihadist turn them to slaves in their land, till date. So accept whatever you see in history.
@@DienEbrithe issue be say kings don dey reign for the land before dem start to rename the tittle emir
U know say emir na Fulani start am
Hausa people don dey rule there before Fulani come
What's the difference between tthe Hausa and Fulani?
This video is misleading
Very misleading. He is intentionally skewing history
What's misleading about it? It's just stating facts.
@@muktarumar5155
Facts are supported with evidence which I believe there is none here.
Even within them there's no peace
There are many lies and fabrications in this documentary. Sardauna never saw himself as powerful or untouchable, contrary to your beliefs. He was beloved by all northerners and dedicated himself to their interests. Sardauna was right for dethroning emir Sanusi.
Where are the lies and fabrications here? Just admit that you don't know the full history. Instead of being sentimental about facts.
And that was why you people are still in mess till date because of his tribalistic and extremism I have a video of one of his interviews where he made some core tribalistic and hateful speeches

There may be many lies and distortions in the narrative, but furnish us readers what you think is the correct version of the truth so that others can make their own deduction. An intellectual discourse
