So history repeats itself again
😅😅😅😅
It often does
Thee more I read of him, the more I like him. I first heard of him as the Central Bank Governor. The changes he made in Central Bank caught my admiration. His stance for truth is the prize he has paid for most of his life. I will continue to pray that God grant him wisdom, mercy, blessings and strength. He is one of the unsung Nigerians we know little of. His warnings of economic decay and incivility several years ago are what Nigeria is seeing today.May he overcome all his persecutions for his stance, in Jesus name, Amen.
You're correct. He foresaw the future abs warned our leaders but they didn't listen hence why we are where we are economically
You know this Sanusi is of 1963 and not the Sanusi of present.
@@aliyuisa7805 you don't even understand what they are saying. They are not talking about sansusi I
Wow. 😮.
History repeats itself as his grand son, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi was also dealt with the same fate.
It seems non conformity and independent mindedness is a living trait in the Sanusi family. 😅.
Nice documentary. Those who don't learn from history are bound to repeat it. That's exactly what happened to Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi. The power tussle over the Kano emirate isn't over, it would appear.
He outlive his enemy.
Great Man.
Sanusi 1
Ok this video is a year old. Please come back a complete the story as history has been made
Yea
A history repeating it self.
The power tussle, it's not yet over...
It feels good to be here at this material time
😆 🤣 😂
Beautiful documentry👌👌
Very educative
Nice documentary. I will advise that your Narrators learn the proper pronunciations of names, titles, and places contained in the script. Its extremely easy to reach out to a native speaker to teach your narrator(s) the proper pronunciation of these names. Great job, nonetheless. I can help with Nupe, Hausa, and Arabic names, if you wish.
Thank you, sir.
She tried with the narration but I do understand your point.
What an arrogance. Typical of those who complain about history being told by outsiders but they themselves do nothing but criticise
Exactly! Narrators should be accurate
@Joe plus ①②①⑨②⑦①②①⓪⑧ what propaganda are u trying to spread, you this guys 🤦🏿♂️, the north should hate Amadu bello or what? Mtchewww you’re obviously copying and pasting this. You post it twice here and pasted it under everyone’s comment clearly 😅 spreading hate
Emir Sanusi Muhammad died in 1991 during regime of Alhaji Kabiru Gaya.
Alas, history doth repeats itself, this time however with a twist.
Kudos to history ville 👌
You forgot to mention how The Sardauna and Sir Sanusi II were also cousins through Sir Sanusi’s mother
Invaluable piece of history. Thanks for compiling
🙏
Very good decomentry
Thanks for the documentary.
Thank you so much for providing this rich history of Nigeria. It was very well done and very professional. Keep up the good work.
Glad you liked it.
The little boy being greeted by the Englishman at 9:32 is the grandson of Emir Muhammadu Sanusi who would later grow up to be the 14th Emir of Kano popularly known as Sanusi Lamido Sanusi or officially, Muhammad Sanusi II
That’s not true!
@@12345Adekunle who was it then? Please educate us Mr Olayiwola. I see you know much more about Kano history than someone who's actually from the North and was born and brought up in Kano and over and above that is well-learned in Kano and Hausa/Fulani History.
I'm keen to hear your response, please! Tell us who the little boy was.
The grand son was deposed too the way his grand father ended.
@@BukarAbdu actually that’s not him
Sarki Sanusi II at the time Khalifa Sanusi I abdicated was barely a 2 years of age
And that picture was probably around 1960-61 before Sardauna and Khalifa started having their problems
So in the picture that can’t be Sarki Sanusi II
@@BukarAbdu next time please don’t say things without prior knowledge
Could it then be opined that the assassination of Ahmadu Bello (Sardauna) might have been sponsored by his detractors, hence the coup?
I understand your logic but the truth is Ahmadu Bello though a visionary leader was a bit undiplomatic with the traditional Northern elite and religious elite and tended to smite them down...
That made him exposed, perhaps making the coup plotters think that getting rid of him wouldn't not upset the Northern elite since he was a nuisance to them...
With historical hindsight we know that's not the case
Good riddance of Ahmadu Bello, the Original Igbo hater.preferes to Employ Foreigners than Igbo People. For fear of Imaginary Igbo Domination. And Chief anti Christ of the North. I would have killed him myself, if nobody else does. Tufiakwa spits. Rot in Hell. Ahmadu Bello.
No even after their tussle Ahmadu Bello and Sanusi I were close
Let’s not forget that they were cousins and also close friends
That explains why many northern soldiers joined in the coup.

Nice story
Nice
Power play is never over is a gradual process.
I hope that our Hausa-Fulanis people's are the ones who are telling our stories because they're the one that knew our original stories and they are able to pronounce the names well.
Sakaci
That is immaterial; history is there for all to read and learn from.
No wonder, the action is an inheritance.
Now history has repeated itself with one of the grand kids of Emir Sanusi, Sanusi Muhammadu Sanusi dethroned for the same act of insubordination to the Governor of Kano state Ganduje.
And now the history is been made
kaduna nzeogwu.. thanks man
THANKS NORTHERN SOLDIERS FOR BIAFRA GENOCIDE TOO................IDIOT
Ko?
The failure to apply the laws of power has led many subordinate to a state of quandary and lost of their position..... after the squabble btwn sunusi lamido 1 and Ahmadu Bello that led to his dethronement ..
the same scenario hapn to the sunusi lamido II wth governor ganduje... meanwhile both personalities have failed to apply the laws of power which says "never outshine ur master
Actually Sanusi I abdicated he wasn’t dethroned
@@ray_light44😅😅😅
It's not a Jihad, it's a reform movement. Before the Usman Dan Fodio reform movement Kanem Borno has succeeded in spreading Islam. However, some converts in the Hausa states continue to mix traditional religion with Islam. Hence, the motive for the reform movement; to cleanse the religion.
Lies
Mumu 😅😅
You dey craze na Jihad
Those who dethroned Emir Sanusi in the "60s under the influence of power, how long do they lived, do they not died horrific death? Gandollar is toiling that same route now. Long live Emir Sanusu d second
Happened to his own grandson
Let's live a life worthy of emulation
Point of correction emir sunusi1 died in the year 1994 not 1984,secondly endeavor to hire those conversant with the redument of pronunciation
He die in 1991
I pray my children see this.@Ovoke.O.Anthony,30/05/2024.
History depends on who is telling it. Iam sure the sanusis will tell it differently.
We want the other narrator back
Seems like history repeatedly itself against with his grandson
😅😅😅
Sanusi did not die in 1984, he lived till the early 90s
Nice work but you guys can do better with the name pronunciations
👍👍👍👍
You didn't say the truth
Like GrandFather Like Son…
😅😅
sanusi want to ne sauduana of sokkoto ,igbo cant take again from you even you speaks out loudly to all
🤡
Like saduana like Ganduje. The evils that men do will visit them always.
The evil Man is Zik, Who conspire to kill both Northern and Yoruba leaders as well as legends! From then everything in Nigeria changes to bad then to worst as we are experiencing today.
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
*It's a tragedy to the fate of this nation that the Igbo person has been in denial about the problem they created for this country since 1966. Instead, they play the victim.*
@@masudsaleh5155 the Ibo's created no problems at all , its a conspiracy to say such , hear it from the plotters and know their reasons
These are the people that destroyed Nigeria, 'The Fulani oligarchy hegemony '. They contributed nothing in moving Nigeria forward.
She butchered every name, place and titles 😭
Cry about it
She tried
Stupid power rule no.1
This is not true, you don't know anything about Hausa emirates.
*Fulani😅 Hausawa ai bayi ne yanxu
Terrible pronunciation of the 'Hausa terms' almost ruin the nice documentary
It would have been better if a Hausa native narrated the story. Your narrator butchered sacred words and terms!
She made her contribution in her own little way. You are still alive to make your impact. Growth is never achieved by pulling others down.
