Great video. The shock value of the "negatives" of parental examples was on target. Now we need more about the positive aspects of parenting. Treating spouses, creating love in marriage, treating children, level of patience-even for the undeserving, serving others-even the "undeserving," compassion, understanding, responsibility and accountability. Love cats and dogs in hats videos, but the world definitely needs more videos like this one.
The one with the baby actually made me cry. Because I was screamed at and bullied by a parent and an older sibling when I was too little to defend myself.
That's the problem though.. Most kids idolize their parents, only a small few ever learn to think for themselves. That's exactly why this message is so important. I think people should think for themselves also but some people just don't know how.
That's what... kids are programmed to do, to literally look up to their caregivers and imitate them. That's not idolizing, that's learning. Who thinks "5 year olds should learn to think for themselves"?
It really depends on the child's personality and their environment. Many children grow up with their parents as role models, but it's not always parents that have an impact on children. I've seen children grow up in a bad household, yet still manage to stay away from harmful substances and have a possibly wonderful future. Likewise, I've met children with great and supportive parents, but with really terrible personalities. But I have definitely met people whose parents are their main support.

I like this video but children do not always do what they see, I grew up with my dad smoking cigarettes and all it made we want to do is to never touch one.
Everyone seems surprised and moved by a video with a message that is quite obvious, in every species the young will copy the adults .. I must admit , since doing a few home workouts and getting my nippers involved , it can get annoying when they try making me 'do excercises' when I literally have no energy left 😂 but you can be whatever influence you want to a child and have to be extremely careful at all times what message you give them, they will copy everything.
The first time I saw this I was 6 months pregnant , I cried. This compilation really provokes mindfulness . Our little ones look up to us 🥺
