3 Sliced Light Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you have trouble forming the dough due to it being m sticky, start by adding initially adding the flour first followed by slowly adding the yoghurt, mix slowly & add more flour if needed until you reach a consistency you can work with. Depending on the brand some yoghurts have more or less moisture which can cause it to be sticker.
Once you have formed the dough ball either place it on a lightly floured surface or parchment paper/baking paper before rolling it out to avoid it sticking. (lightly flour your rolling pin too)
Roll the dough out as big & thin as you can but make sure to do it gently & slowly to prevent it from breaking.

You know what... Fuck it you got me with this one. I'm going to grocery right now
Did you make it ?
@@sauravbasu8805 yup. 2 days in a row.
The dough tasted surprisingly good. Tho don't expect it to get fluffy or the-good-crispy on the edges. At least mine didn't. But that can be also a fault of my old af oven.
As to what is on top of pizza - I went with light mozzarella, rukola, onion and parma ham, because I don't like salami.

is it worth it?

Isn't just the flour like 80 carbs? The macros don't make sense.
So funny that content creators just lie about nutrition facts and never get called out for it
can you explain where the lie is? like which things are misrepresented

110g self raising flour: 443 kcal
100g low fat greek yogurt: 73 kcal
Spices are basically 0
7g Nutritional yeast: 21 kcal
3 light mozzarella cheesticks: 135 kcal
80g pizza sauce: 43 kcal
75g low fat grated cheese: 187 kcal
35g mini beef pepperoni: 163 kcal
Totaling out to 1065 kcal, also theres 93g of carbs in the flour alone, 47.5g of protein total, and 36g of fat. Much healthier than the other pizza, but still not accurately represented in the video
@@AIeksBushso it's better then store-bought pizza. Maybe his math was wrong but for the size and these macros from you I'd say is solid
If you use regular flour and add baking powder, I recommend about 10g extra of yogurt so it forms an actual dough instead of just crumbling apart
Good to know
Yeah, but that wouldn’t be as healthy that’s why
Bread flour minimum, 00 flour if you love yourself.

Hi, i was wondering if the recipe is accurate / if it is worth it to do. Ngl i might need this when i dont feel like cooking à whole dish
@@SamSidere hi, well I add the flour until I can feel it’s a bit more dense, the only thing I don’t like about this recipe is the dough is so soft it’s difficult for me to stretch out it’s tricky let’s say h it after making it a few times it comes out very tasty honestly give it a try
You made each one of your kids a full pizza? You got some chunkers don’t yah. I’m a fat kid to….. so you know don’t get mad.
@@davidmaysee9613she may have just made each kid a small sized pizza
They actually looks fire af brother! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Nice
So you have never seen a pizza
Put some protein powder in the flower for extra protein
I'd give it a 7/10
Trevor fan?
Id give like a good 2/10
1st: 2440kcal pizza is roughly 1000g pizza (you are holding some regular 300-400g), 1000g is like 16inch pizza.
2nd: How did you get to those nutritions? flour itself is like 75g of carb per 100g, tomato sauce are some more. Mozarela sticks are 6g of fat per stick, low fat cheese 7,5g of fat, pepperoni additional like 10g of fat. So its closer to 35-40g of fat. It just all doesn't add up, bro.
Never does man. Ive seen so many of these videos claiming a certain caloric count yet I can tell just by looking at them they are very more than said.
These must be aimed at Joe schmo, who doesn't lift and have a deep understanding of nutrition.
Based on his written ingredients and weight I got 832 calories (that's with reduced fat turkey pepperoni) but there is no way the quantities match up to what is in the video, he used way more flour, way more cheese, a little more pepperon,. You can see more than 3 sticks of mozzarella cheese, there's closer to 6 or 7.
Stop making sense! STOP!!!
😂@@Jake_Boone
Its not a pizza, its just pure yeast :)
Honestly brotha, this looks so frickin good.
Wowww that looks amazing
looks so good 😭
That’s not the same pizza. There’s waaay more cheese on the cooked one! There’s also 21 pepperoni slices on the uncooked & 22 on the cooked, just to confirm 😅
it's the exact same pizza... instead of focusing on the bigger parts that can be picked off and eaten when cutting it. Look at the areas of browning. Exact same.

You don't need yeast because the bacteria in the yogurt replaces the yeast everything else good

my minds blown never knew u could make a dough out of yogurt and flour
That’s basically how naan is made actually

I made a small personal version- it was so good I loved the crust
for anyone thinking of making this, i would reccomend increasing the batch of dough since it doesnt seem to make as much as shown in the video, unless my fat eyes were tricking me atleast

Australians try not to talk funny: mission impossible.
Lol "only two ingredients: flour and yogurt. Oh yea and nutritional yeast..."
it says the nutritional yeast and italian seasoning is optional :) its just for cheesy flavor, not necessary to make the dough rise like baker's yeast would be
it's even more delicious

This reminds me of when Krusty drank all those shakes without realizing they were supposed to be diet shakes.
I wanna make my own sauce but imma steal yo recipe big dog.
I’m not sure how this gets close to 81g protein. Looks great though
yogurt has protein, cheese has protein, lean slices of pepperoni has protein. Normal Pizza has around 80g protein, just double the calories.

Think about eating a pizza covered in entirely permesan 😂
A salty pizza 😖
My pizza came out to be half this size…

22- 30 minutes in the oven the pepperoni and cheese will be burnt. Partially cook the base with pizza sauce first and then add the cheese and pepperoni.
Looks simple to make

Sadly this did not disappear,
Don't worry buddy, I like to do the same but pretend I'm a potato.

Dont worry bro you deserve better
As a pizza professional, that second image definitely had more cheese. That being said, I'd still mess up either one.
What if i’m trying to gain fat and lose muscle
You certainly know how to make a pie.
You gotta knead that dough some more man. Gotta get dough ball smooth and shiny.
The way the pizza fell from the crust is criminal
Just made it myself with a few more toppings and it was absolutely delicious
Finally, healthy pizza
My brother just eats a tombstone pepperoni pizza every night and dudes shredded.
Is the nutritional yeast a must?
Cartoon ahhh pizza
Holy shitballs!! That is an amazing looking pizza.
Holy…..grail….my man you…I love you
I make this recipe 3-4 times a week. This pizza is unbelievably good, but it looks like his pizza is much more than the servings he put down. Mine is around 800cals and I get 4 very large slices
This actually looks delicious
nutrinional yeast is high protein too, next to the cheese, yoghurt and meat. if you wanted to max out the protein content you could try to mix quinoa, hemp seeds or peanut powder into the sauce. any sort of lentils, beans, peas etc aren´t bad either, but quite a bit lower in protein. Bonus as it´s a little healthier too, but selfmade sauce generally is a good choice, to avoid extra sugar and other additives
For people wanting to make this, you will likely need more flour than you think. Also, self rising flour + Greek yogurt is FANTASTIC with garlic. I actually use it for my imitation naan and cook it in a cast iron pan because it’s easy and soooo satisfying. I have never once been displeased by the result, but I have many times cursed every person I know making it because to call the dough sticky is an understatement.
I’m not on a real diet (kinda doing smoothies rn but that’s more so because I’m tired of eating lunch and making dishes), I’m fat and I think it tastes good. Never even heard that it had fewer calories.
As a celiac pizza lover, how feasible do you think this is with gluten free flours?
Every healthy recipe=greek yogurt💀
“I like to use beef pepperoni”
Me: MASHALLAH BROTHER
Finally made this today. So so so much better then normal pizza. I was scared at bitter ass plain no fat GY but that shit is IMMACULATE PIZZA no lie!!!!
It’s pretty good but don’t expect the light airy bubbly crust of a normal pizza
I this is gonna work out just fine I'll owe you. I'll let y'all know when I make it
That dough looks awful. Thing got violated as soon as he put yogurt in it. Hopefully no Italians see this 👀
I got an xl pizza at the store in the netherlands and It had the same calories(way less protein tho)
Im confused, what is actually making it so much lower calorie? It seems like the only important substitution is the yogurt, im not sure how that results in something larger that has less than half the calories.
Regular dough uses more flour, and more cheese at a higher fat content
Type of cheese, actual pepperoni, and how much pizza sauce. Not including the ingredients/cals to make the dough for an actual pizza
The vegan delegation is impressed that you used Nooch
This was his joker orgin story
Honestly, I rather reward myself once a month with a whole pie. But I can understand some people just got that craving
