Hey, aussiefitness, do you have a more detailed recipe? I have a heart condition, so I ran the numbers for the sodium content, and a low estimate of one serving is around 3/4 of the daily intake, 1722.5 mg.
Looks like Mexican food without the Mexican aspects.
It's better if you cook your eggs on medium high and stir constantly until it's solid, making sure not to overcook or burn any of the eggs. They should be the consistency of a thick cottage cheese. Never salt the eggs until they are done cooking. Add a teaspoon of sour cream when they are done, stir it in, add cheese, cook and stir for about 30 seconds, then serve. You'll never do it another way again.

Again, depending on the ingredients you use your burritos 🌯 can be almost 100 calories then stated! Calculated the burritos to be around almost 640 calories (although it miniature calories I added the garlic and chives, paprika, chili powder etc.). Macros: Protein: 58 g (pretty close to 60 g ✅) Carbs: 65.8 g (a bit over from the 41g) Fat: 16 g (compared to the 13g - not bad) Calories = ~ 640 I’d give this recipe a try 👍
