- Hey all, had a request for this one last week, so I figured that I'd give it a go, as I don't think that there are many tutorials out there for this more laid back bluesy ACDC track from Highest to Hell.
Hope you enjoy the tutorial.

Your lessons are the best for intermediate players like myself. Your close ups make it easy to see what you're doing. ❤ it!!!
Love me some vintage ac/dc
Thanks for another banger. I agree, an early signature song style that sadly disappeared.
Best teacher online !
Thanks Paul!
The Blues as only AC/DC could play it! Love This! Night Prowler might be my Favorite AC/DC tune! Thanks, man!!!
I love these old ACDC cruners right here now. Reminds me when I was young.....learning to play this now. Fabulous tune!!! Thanks for the lesson🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷👍🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
Definitely a me too on this one.
I love the half step down tuning as well.
It brings a hint of something different, without changing your E standard ear to much.
Also the opening sounds a bit like Ride On
Shazbot nanu nanu..awesome Kelly!!
Always think that if they had said yes to making a blues album when they were asked what an amazing album it would have been, their early best songs often had that blues vibe
Great choice 👌 . I love their stuff with Bon Scott. I think it was raw and unfiltered. In the history of Rock, the Young brother's were adrenaline pumping riff master's!
I've seen angus play that song.
Great lesson.
Starting with 2nd solo. Bend up whole step Bend down half step bends. Kind of leave the pick in the middle. Pick up when you bend down and pick down when you bend up( Chuck Berry ) time.
Another great blues/rock song is Ride on
Thanks for this. I am a beginner guitarist and it will be an amazing feeling when I get to where I can play this song. Lots of subtlety to this - even though it does not have a lot of chords. Thank you for the amazing tutorial!
Bless you for this lesson and all the lessons you put out! I’ve always wanted to learn this song.
I love this song and was looking for a live version and came across your video. I’m not even a guitar player, never even held one but I was amazed at what you did. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Thanks!!!
This is excellent. Recently re-discovered this track and pumped that you've made a lesson for it! Much appreciated.
Kick ass tune, great lesson on this song. This one, this house is on fire and have a drink on me are hard to find good tutorials on. Thanks for doing this one
Right on! Highway To Hell was always my favorite ACDC album. Back In Black was bigger but to me, this one was better. I've often wondered what Back In Black would have been like had Bon not met an untimely death. Thanks Kelly.
Just in time while I'm cooking breakfast...Right on Kelly Deeean..! Right on...
Excellent lesson!! I’m with you on the slow burn blues they did with Bon. This was always my favorite tune on the HTH album. Just like Ride on on the Dirty deeds album. Would love to see ya do a lesson on Ride on.
Great request! Awesome lesson! Thanks!
. Excellent teacher. The best tuto on Utube. I was looking for a long time for this. Big thx from Switerland
Cheers mate, thanks!
A lone classic! Hi oh Silver...away! 👍
This was actually Robin Williams favorite AC/DC song.
Holy crap that Csus(however you spell it) makes a big difference. I always just played the 5th. Very cool my brother. Very cool
Kelly instead of going to the G power chord after the A6sus, play the E and A string at the tenth fret and let the open D and G string ring out. Or the power chord and let the G string ring out.
This song came out when I was 18. After not listening to it for years, I've been listening to and digging on it for months now. Thank you again for posting this. HS new girl now and now this? Are you spying on my playlist? Keep them coming brother. Btw, where's the KDA merch? Am I gonna have to make my own shirt?
Fun to play
thanks so much for this !!!!
Great video thanks alot
Just watched this now, excellent have just subscribed, the best AC/DC song for the blues is a song called Ride On, off the Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, there are some on UA-cam but very clear or accurate, please please please can you do that one
Perfect as always
Ride On would be a great lesson as well 😉😉
Is it just me or did you also hear ride on in night prowler?
@@timothya2742 A little, yes. My relationship with Ride On goes back to the first time I heard it in 81. Just grabbed me. Angus guitar just hypnotized me🙂😂
Thanh you for the lesson, love it
Nice Mate! 🤘🇦🇺
I think you nailed it brother! I was playing the wrong chords all this time, I'm 52 lol
Would you consider doing a lesson on New Orleans is sinking? If you haven't already
Yeah, I second this big time 🙂
Great stuff. Thx.
Bon Scott WAS AC/DC....his sense of humour made the band. Sad he left us so early
Could u do Dirty Honey Rolling 7s..
Kelly wondering what gauge strings you use and is there a chance you can show how to play fool for the city from foghat😊
@KenPreville I always use 10s. Ernie Ball

There is no acdc after bon scott.
Nah Back in Black and For Those About to Rock are Epic albums. Pretty much downhill after that though
@@Adrian-yi8fl back in black album was written by bon scott. And "for those" is trash.
@@xWILZTAx you have every right to be wrong.
Here is another good lesson, or should I say the only other good lesson. ua-cam.com/video/QkICTOA592M/v-deo.html
Off Topic: Rock on and read Geddy Lee's book!
Mr. Allen, are you tuned to E flat?
I believe so, yes.
Thank you for your swift reply, Sir.@@KellyDeanAllenGuitar
Quite possibly the best AC/DC song ever …..never played live, too bad the song got ruined, so-called ruined by the press
Great Pic my favorite acd
