For you to bring a baby in the world before the foundation is strong, is adding so much challenge to an already tough thing. If you really think about it, Keke Palmer isn’t a bad person for y’all to be treating her like that. She has been in the industry ever since she was a little girl; nearly 20 years in the spotlight you don’t see her get into scandals like that compared to her fellow child stars who do drugs, abuse, and have mental issues and so on. This is her FIRST major “scandal” and I’m sure she didn’t wear that outfit on purpose to make Darius mad considering him constantly posting videos of her twerking and taking risqué photos. She probably thought he wouldn’t mind the outfit. If this was Keke’s 3rd or 4th time being called out doing something like this then I would understand the backlash. However, this is the FIRST time.
I’ve been following this situation for a few days now and I have not seen ONE person think “I don’t agree with what Keke wore, but I’m not going to hold it against her because this is not apart of her usual behavior. Hopefully she can learn from this and the future will be better.”

I’m not sure where you are seeing all these people jumping on Keke. It seems her boyfriend has received the bulk of the backlash, with her fans supporting her since she is the one who is known. He has received some support, however, it has been nothing in comparison to hers. Also, I wouldn’t consider this a scandal or something that could harm her career or image…Relationship drama happens a lot with these celebs, and there are several who tend to always bring the drama to the net. It’s nothing new, although new for her. Some of these celebs have had real scandals and go on to continue their careers and still receive support.
Also, Keke may not be a bad person. However, the reality is none of you know her personally to be promising that. Watching her content over the years and following her career does not equate to knowing her. You know the persona she presents and that’s it. Celebrities pick and choose what they want to share and some more than others, however, there still parts of them we don’t see. There have been so many public figures who have presented one way for years only for the truth of who they are to be revealed later. I’m the beginning years of a relationship is where the trust is being built. It’s where the forms of communication are being established. For you to bring a baby in the world before the foundation is strong, is adding so much challenge to an already tough thing. And the fact that it’s happening in the public eye, it’s almost impossible. There are compromises you have to make if you want a lasting relationship. He is not wrong for feeling exposed or feeling like people are looking at him a certain way because the mom of his child is dressing in a revealing way. And she is not wrong for feeling like she has to speak up and defend herself in order to not lose her sense of independence. If they want to build a lasting relationship, they have to communicate and compromise. And unfortunately they have to do it in spite of what on lookers are bombarding them with. This is hard enough when you are not a celebrity, so I can’t imagine what it would take to build something real in this type of celebrity environment where everyone has an opinion and no facts or wisdom about your life. I pray that they can drown out the noise and be intimate and loving and forgiving to one another.
