I bought this season pass though just for the whole Riven shit (Ahamkara's are life) and when I got Wish-Keeper I started trying strand builds on hunter and warlock. My eyes have been opened to a whole new world and strand has suddenly become my favorite subclass when I'm not trying to damage (and survive against) a boss with my solar hunter.

Unfortunately Ashes to Assets does NOT work with perched Threadlings and only works when thrown with the Treadling Grenade. You can confirm while testing it by using Verity’s Brow (as the perches don’t get the damage bonus with the buff) and I believed the Destiny Compendium confirmed it as well shortly after the mod patch and strand release.
Considering weavewalk eats through melee energy, I wonder if the threadlings it generates count for Hands On, though they don't seem to nor do they proc other melee effects like necrotic grips or karnsteins
regnant or new edge transit with envious and repulsor is probably a better choice on this build. Koraxis's Distress (RoN raid) is the best though. Especially if you can craft with enhanced hatchling/envious assassin. I found an Old Sterling with hatchling/rewind on a threadling build far out preforms Quicksilver. Exdiris can be a solid choice for energy slot but I prefer something solar for procs.
Okay, saw you using Tesselation and was like "uhhh....double fusion huh...?" Been using Buried with strand for a while now, Devour and Weaken complement Unravel fantastically, plus the ammo economy on special sidearms is some of the best in the game, good stuff :) also I'd be tempted to run Fury over Generation, you'll have a ton of Tangles with all the unravel going around, and you can easily hit a pair of yellow bars to instantly recover almost half a charge, letting you weavewalk more often, which is more energy-efficient at generating threadlings than your grenade is, especially without Mindspun to get 5 out of it. then again I've also been using Wanderer over Weavers Call this season, since the unraveling -> threadlings artifact mod this season creates plenty of the things, and make tangle generation from threadling kills a little more forgiving since if they 1-tap a red bar and don't get a chance to unravel it, you still get a tangle.
100%. As soon as they give weavewalk 2 fragment slots (hopefully) then I will use fury. I designed the build awhile ago for lower end content. Hence tesselation and the machine gun. It would often create 3 of them, and in some cases 4 threadlings from one enemy. It’s something worth noting, but it may be influenced by the weapons used.
There's another weapon that would synergize perfectly with this build but you would have to replace your double special build. Keep Buried Bloodline, and pair up Rufus's Fury!! You can craft it with Pugilist/Paracausal Affinity. Pugilist would help with melee Regen on every kill, while PA's damage buff would almost always be active since it's proc'd by Dark Ability/Weapon kills.
By the way, u can dupe the balls with weavewalk very easily by just jump and pressing leftclick and airdrop key (default is x) to activate weavewalk and throwing balls at same time, u will see ball being duped while the other one u thrown being dump into machine to heal and u can keep doing this up to 8 times with fully charged melee or even more if u press enough fast to cancel out the weave walk and u can also keep a tangle for more melee energy to dupe even more balls.

If you don't have a decent strand exotic, or an exotic you like for this build I'd say run monte carlo, and then swap weavers call for the wanderer, your threadling kills will give you plenty of tangles that way.
For those struggling making to 50, threadling army build is the easiest way to complete 50 waves. I used indebted, rufus with hatchling, thunderlord (with double arc surge). There are better threadling builds out there, do your research, his build is not optimized. I completed 50 waves 3 times with random lfgs, 2 times without any well of radiance lol. Try two threadling one banner titan group its crazy (either in midtown or vostoc). Make sure u have orb mods on and 100 disciple 80 recov 100 res. I was not able to complete 50 waves woth any other class build, closest was solar warlock but wiped at 49
Ill try this out with one change, you don't really need thread of evolution seeing how they give you that in the seasonal artifact, instead you could use thread of fury. It states, doing damage with a tangle grants melee energy. And you can take it further if you use "The Wanderer". Tangles stuck to combatants will suspend them and detetonating a tangle will spawn threadlings. With the boots swarmers it states, destroying a tangle spawns athreadlings, threadlings unravel targets that's they damage.. when you unravel targets, they turn into a tangle again. This will keep your melee up so long as you have a threadling that will make a tangle for you. All that combined with weavewalk could be.... Amazing.
The only change i made to this was the weavewalk aspwct. i just eat my grenade for 5 instant threadlings instead, and, getting woven mail + unravelling rounds on orb pick up is safer than getting caught short of melee, personally. Have also been using Final Warning as my primary, syncs up really well with this, as your charge shots unravel enemies, which is great with horde shuttle, and randomly spawning even more threadlings!
haha i know! I didn't think they did. But had heard conflicting stories so wasn't sure. My testing showed it was just grenades but I have been wrong before
It ruins the drip, but id highly recommend trying vesper for rifts, you can easily charge by being invis in a group of enemies, and get rifts every few seconds, for tangles the final warning is really nice, though I know a lot of ppl dislike it
you are close on this build but a very YOU flavored version, I run similar without the weave walk, a Round Robin with subsistence and hatchling on primary so I almost never reload, a big hitter energy weapon like merciless and a marcato-45 with slice and hatchling for some kind of support since I'm robbing the team of well lol, I hate well, its ruined warlocks, now if you arent well people call you trash... so selfish.
this build is completely backward... forget the grenade and change the tread of generation for thread of fury and tread of rebirth (just forget this exists and get a gun with hatchling) for thread of warding, double the protection and treadlings....
I'm so tired of every other build on youtube using buried bloodline... its like the least owned exotic right now yet everyone makes it a staple of their buildcrafting and it sucks bc most people dont have it and there is not really any related weapon to replace it with bc its so unique.

Use Final Warning with it. Trust me lmao. Been using it in Onslaught and it absolutely wrecks.
Been wanting to fuck around with that gun! Def will try it!
"Onslaught is no match...." neither are the servers
Lool got error coded on 49. Even tho it wasn't legendary I was still pissrd

THANK YOU NOT A SOLAR WARLOCK WEIL SUNBRACERS BUILD!!! But fr threadlings are so fun on onslaught & pvp! Been looking around for fun builds so I can feel something again in this god forsaken game. Keep it up breh 👍
I've been using this with Wish-Keeper, all the enemies spawn in the same area constantly on the waves so you can just suspend them right away and they can't go anywhere
Also Wish-Keeper + Indebted Kindness + RL = every champion dealt with
now i want a strand grenade launcher that straight up shoots thredlings
If you don't have a decent strand exotic, or an exotic you like for this build I'd say run monte carlo, and then swap weavers call for the wanderer, your threadling kills will give you plenty of tangles that way.
Would deconstruct on scatter signal be a good alternative to that pressurized horizon with discord?
Great content mate. You’re my fav D2 content creator by far.
Thank you! Glad you’re enjoying it 😊
You should put 1 armor charge mod in at least for sure just to pick up orbs with full super for recuperation
Good build, but euch strand warlock build is better?
Infinit threadings or the necrotic grip (sorrow weapons) suspend build?
probably necrotic. That shit is broken. I have a build video of that build and have solo'd a GM with it. Very strong
U can do both simultaneously while in weave walk the poison damage causes the threadlings to attack nd u keeping spawning them til melee runs out
I already run this build, but this vid was so good, you got a sub from me, so 👏👏👏
Bru just tried the build I was dominating in legend Onslaught. It's very powerful now just trying to figure out the best play loop
I was not able to complete 50 waves woth any other class build, closest was solar warlock but wiped at 49
based build, tizzle! if you don't mind sharing, whats the song that you used? ✨
Editor chose it. I like it too! I need to ask him haha he is great at what he does!
massobeats - honey jam
Really awesome LoFi beats.
Any other exotic armor choice if you don't have swarmers?
I have the 360 ar with slice/onslaught, I think would work well with this
Buried bloodline is the best special in the game.
I fucking love it. So good!
I'd love to play this. If I didn't hate warlock jump with a passion. 😂
With 50 strength. Wouldnt it be benifical to run font of strength or melee kickstart?
Nice build bro ❤❤
Amazing.
Ashes to Assets only works for a thrown threadling grenade. Perched threadlings unfortunately do not count for any grenade mods.
Can you make one for the hunter
Try using travelers chosen
Can you tell me how u kept going invisible?
is their a titan variant of this build?
Where did you make that beautiful thumbnail?
I commissioned this thumbnail from the best artist in the business haha. Dude does amazing work
I saw your name last night on Fireteam Finder, but was too slow and sadly couldn't join your fireteam 😅
Only threading Grenade kills works for the Super energy mod
The only change i made to this was the weavewalk aspwct. i just eat my grenade for 5 instant threadlings instead, and, getting woven mail + unravelling rounds on orb pick up is safer than getting caught short of melee, personally.
Have also been using Final Warning as my primary, syncs up really well with this, as your charge shots unravel enemies, which is great with horde shuttle, and randomly spawning even more threadlings!
Will this work in other content like master and grandmaster nightfalls
Yes
What's with the voice on end of every sentence
?
Which helmet is that?
Poison exotics + Necrotic grips + threadling = god
Necrochasm is my go to
@@zombieclayton4427 personally I’m partial to Osteo Striga
cool build and all but nice editiing skills
its is noticibly better
also nav with cata gives infinite threadlings using grapple
hahaha have to thank my editor Nuktuk for that. Sadly I am still trash at editing
That would be crazy if all threadlings gave grenade energy lol
haha i know! I didn't think they did. But had heard conflicting stories so wasn't sure. My testing showed it was just grenades but I have been wrong before
It ruins the drip, but id highly recommend trying vesper for rifts, you can easily charge by being invis in a group of enemies, and get rifts every few seconds, for tangles the final warning is really nice, though I know a lot of ppl dislike it
i have another build for vesper :))) but yes, it would be great
you are close on this build but a very YOU flavored version, I run similar without the weave walk, a Round Robin with subsistence and hatchling on primary so I almost never reload, a big hitter energy weapon like merciless and a marcato-45 with slice and hatchling for some kind of support since I'm robbing the team of well lol, I hate well, its ruined warlocks, now if you arent well people call you trash... so selfish.
Wouldn't dynamo work really well since your casting you class ability all to send out threadlings
Yep probably better tbh
Could this work with Wishkeeper?
yes
Wats the head piece ornament?
Crota’s end helm
Awesomesauce
ashes only works on threadling grenade kills
thanks, thought so
Good to know thanks
Great build, but hate weavewalk
I prefer necro thorn standlock
Hunters are more superior
this build is completely backward... forget the grenade and change the tread of generation for thread of fury and tread of rebirth (just forget this exists and get a gun with hatchling) for thread of warding, double the protection and treadlings....
Pas pour du légende
Why do 95% of Destiny “content creators” have zero enthusiasm in their demeanor? Put a little more umph in your shit bro
Il y a mieux j'ai testé pas terrible
I'm so tired of every other build on youtube using buried bloodline... its like the least owned exotic right now yet everyone makes it a staple of their buildcrafting and it sucks bc most people dont have it and there is not really any related weapon to replace it with bc its so unique.
Its not essential. It really isnt. Dont stress on it. I have had it for a while and I never use it.
Boring 🥱
Ok Charles but tnx for he comment anyway, it helps the algoritme say hi to roque for me will you, thanks so much
