I did them the first season they came out…I remember you had to make a choice of what to build for, the boss room or everything up to it….choosing mountaintop and Erianas was an actual role style choice, contaverse hold warlock being generally good for all…people don’t remember how difficult broodhold or garden world were in that sandbox…having to run a specific class to make the boss beatable(triple sword stronghold bubble titans in tree of probabilities)…xenophage for champ damage….relying on guns….

It does become hard though (edit: and not in a pleasant way) if I play with people on LFG who have no clue what they are doing. Making GMs harder won't only make it better for players who enjoy endgame by bringing more challenge, but also make many people stop from trying to farm it if they objectively aren't ready for GMs. Most fun GMs for me are the likes of Lightblade, Liminality, certain Battlegrounds because they at least feel a bit challenging and only good players farm them. I was soo tired of shriekers in lightblade gm I decided to bring leviathan so I can one shot those bastards and I can do my titan thing Soo if u run LFG never rely on teammates to do stuff for you bring proper equipment for the content
I would rather play some gms slow and get the clear rather then rush it and have to start over. I don’t use double primaries and sit in the back of the map but I do take my time.
Yeah for sure this video is not yet for you and that's okay. You will definitely get to the point, if you keep playing, where you will be more experienced with your build and the specific GM that you'll naturally end up playing faster. We all get faster at the things we do repeatedly until we reach our plateaus.
Yikes, tough crowd huh? I have a style that sounds a lot like yours. If I try to solo gm's too aggressively I get stomped by the most random garbage, which frustrates me, which makes me play worse. It's a stupid cycle to play that way. Instead if I just take my time and be aggressive at the right times it's way better. Far less dumby deaths
@@zeroshadowzs been playing since D1 so I’m experienced enough to play aggressive and sometimes I do when needed but I would rather take my time to guarantee a clear. Everyone has their own play style though. I love watching his videos and commentary
@@Luketheduke12I see your point on slower runs for a clear, but my issue with that is when you spend 30+ min on gm and end up wiping then that’s just waisted time. At this point in d2 gm cycle no gm should take more than 10 min. Even when doing my lfg Carries I still manage to get them under 10.
@@zerovoltageyt4631 you’re insane if you think a normal GM clear for an average team should be 10min. If you run stacked teams then yeah maybe but the average lfg group is not doing that
Hunters kinda only have one build for extreme aggression, I remember when ahamkaras were really good for aggressive play but for some reason they nerfed it
Lost me when you expect some random to look at your build so they can know what your strengths and weaknesses are. If I were to go into a gm via lfg, I’m not taking time peak at anyone’s build. Got me fucked up.
lol right. Even if you do know what they’re running (which you probably should lol), him getting upset at the others for doing the same thing he did is nutty 😂
Warlocks are the Most USELESS in terms of putting out raw ability damage; Titans have Slide Hammer, Hunters have Handshake Melee combo, Warlocks Radiant, that's it, and it's only viable on SOLAR Subclass only, Sad!
I've been preaching against dbl primary forever🙄. Take the time when matching for a FF NF to look at your team's composition. If a stun isn't present, adjust. At least make it known in chat. I hate seeing a player come in with a scout and a pulse
Completely agree. Most annoying part of my fireteam is they like to play passive and im hyper aggressive. I lfg alot and with other aggressive teammates my GM runs are faster and better. Since final shape idk why players arent ability spamming in all pve content.
They're still at the trying to survive level, and probably out of the loop, just like I was Edit: they probably don't know how to set up or execute ability spam much less actually doing it
True but I feel like lots of ppl will choose to sit in the back of the map w a scout and bleakwatcher over using a build to its full potential cuz they r scared of dying
Any build can be used aggressively, but then again majority of the community is just a ton of blueberries. The thing I see a lot when doing lfg Carries is that the ones sitting in the back of map end up dying a lot more than me pushing every enemy.
I main warlock, but when I play hunter it's obvious they have the craziest kits to wreck your way through everything. I mean, titans are insane with consecration but hunters are the most played class by far for a reason

appreciate it!
step 1: have good framerate...

I can only play that way and I'm at 800+ GM clears. If I gotta sit and play safe with bows or pulses Id rather just quit.
@@C4CreamOfWheat totally
This video talks about the movement in the game, which is an underlooked aspect. It's a bit old, but I think it holds up. ua-cam.com/video/ZfkCWnSlasw/v-deo.html
What is the name of the sniper that appears at 0:13 ?
Might be Veleda-F, the new Häkke world drop sniper
@@Taniks_Kell_of_Telestocorrect, it’s a really nice sniper rn too
I was soo tired of shriekers in lightblade gm I decided to bring leviathan so I can one shot those bastards and I can do my titan thing
Soo if u run LFG never rely on teammates to do stuff for you bring proper equipment for the content
If you run stacked teams then yeah maybe but the average lfg group is not doing that
Hunters kinda only have one build for extreme aggression, I remember when ahamkaras were really good for aggressive play but for some reason they nerfed it
They buffed it again.
Lightblade was annoying af, the mines and the fake ammo.
Especially when using consecration
Another person to u should have mentioned, Esoterickkk
Shoutout Chablo91 🎉
Can you like those channels so they are easy to find?
Get good 62 different times: the video
I've been preaching against dbl primary forever🙄. Take the time when matching for a FF NF to look at your team's composition. If a stun isn't present, adjust. At least make it known in chat. I hate seeing a player come in with a scout and a pulse
Pro tip : Get a good gaming chair.
So just be prismatic ig...
CHALLENGE : Make a video without prismatic, prismatic is ez mode for all content
@@wej473 I’ve made lots but I agree with you. It just makes things take longer is all. Doesn’t really change the fundamentals of gameplay
Completely agree. Most annoying part of my fireteam is they like to play passive and im hyper aggressive. I lfg alot and with other aggressive teammates my GM runs are faster and better. Since final shape idk why players arent ability spamming in all pve content.
They're still at the trying to survive level, and probably out of the loop, just like I was
Edit: they probably don't know how to set up or execute ability spam much less actually doing it
just dont reach 0 health.
sending this to all celestial nighthawk and getaway artist crutchers lol
@@rut612 I mean you can still play very aggressively with those builds. I’ve done it
True but I feel like lots of ppl will choose to sit in the back of the map w a scout and bleakwatcher over using a build to its full potential cuz they r scared of dying
@@rut612getaway artist is meant to be aggressive to an extend otherwise it would be useless
Any build can be used aggressively, but then again majority of the community is just a ton of blueberries.
The thing I see a lot when doing lfg Carries is that the ones sitting in the back of map end up dying a lot more than me pushing every enemy.
play on pc.
The TLDR us titan or warlock who didn't know that 😂 hunter's nothing for you
All 3 classes have excellent builds for gms. Don't get caught up in "class fighting" and you will see.
I main warlock, but when I play hunter it's obvious they have the craziest kits to wreck your way through everything. I mean, titans are insane with consecration but hunters are the most played class by far for a reason
@@zeroshadowzs nah not really
@@ShutchyerLips every season count the number of solo clears of end game content by class. By far hunter will always be the least...
