Soon as i saw the tractor I said "yeah they have no clue how to operate it" 😂 bet they felt smart when you didn't even have to hook a line to it and got it right out
Lol I said the same thing too, shoot they have not one, but TWO tools ON the tractor to get it out…
With a backhoe.
We all have to start somewhere. I pulled out several vehicles with just a Hi-lift as a "winch" back in the day. Maybe that is why I won't have a 4x4 without an electric winch.
I get conditions are drier, but that looked really easy using the bucket.
@@ceciltrane5418and if that didn’t work, the backhoe would.
This is why I would never loan out my tractor……
Baby's first mudhole
Nice recovery! Rule #1 if vehicle is not moving, spinning tires only makes it worse.
Ya that applies to when your not trying to pull them out yes
@@williamwaskan5162 The more you dig down, the more you have to climb up.
You need wheel speed in mud to clear out tire treads for traction.
@@TheBCSledder Yes that can help if you are moving, otherwise you are just digging down to your new permanent home. There is a VERY slim chance that will find "traction" spinning your tires before your undercarriage becomes an anchor. I prefer to stop and reassess, then if it's the very last option, give it full beans.
Spinning is NOT winning.
Good to see you working in Arkansas. You and your family will love it there. Please keep the great videos coming. There is always someone getting in trouble.
You ain't stuck until you're redneck stuck ..
First thing I thought when I seen that tractor was, it’s not stuck you did exactly what I would’ve done.
When being recovered, it is imperative to spin your tires at all times, not only to get that all important wear on your equipment, but also to appear manly and not stuck. That way, people will marvel at you and your vehicles capabilites rather than thinking "oh that guy is stuck". And only that way you can prevent your dingus falling off, everybody knows that. As for the recovering party, there only is one rule: At no time, under no circumstances, especially not when it's wet and muddy, must you wear rubber boots. Your dingus would fall off as well. Obviously.
Apart from that: great video mate! Good to see you settled at your new home and back to work!
😂
Glad to see you found work in the new location.
Welcome to Arkansas! We're glad to have you.
Congrats on popping the cherry In Arkansas!!
I can see why he got stuck in the first place. Giving it the beans isn’t always the answer my guy.
Nice work like always. Hope your new home is coming along well. I paint homes for a living if you have paint questions
Steel siding exterior
Log cabin wood interior
No paint this time around
@ I didn't know that you moved the Arkansas how long ago OffRoadRecoveryLLC
Great to see your first local video and to hear of your new sponsor. Congratulations!
Just passed you on I-40 at the exit 132 just out side of Conway Arkansas. Saw that jeep, and said, I know that jeep. And realized I watch it a lot. Great recovery channel. Thanks !
We chipped the rear pin on gear during some winch and psi vs traction testing
We have a new set just haven’t put it in yet so we trailered it
We had to go to carters off road park
Go through the entire park
Skip out the back side and go rescue 2 vehicles from a power line
They got stuck a few days ago and the rain flooded the creek making it impossible to get to so we came in from the park side and got them out
But one vehicle had to stay sitting on high ground
It had no chance of making it back out through the park
The jeep we had to winch out about a dozen times on the way out
I’ll work on that video today
8:03 He's driving like hell trying to break a tie rod. 😂 All he had to do was put it in neutral, straighten the front wheels, and sit there. Dude is all jacked up on Mountain Dew.
more or less turn the wheels to the left more and try a "crabwalk" style lol
@@IxsnipeddxI That is clay and when it's wet it's as slick as ice with highway tires. Neutral, straighten the front wheels, sit there, and let the winch pull the back end of the truck sideways. I'm surprised the recovery guy didn't tell the truck driver to stand down.
It's a ford, ain't no tie rods breaking 😂
@@dylanbrown5066 Years ago, we had a Ford, so we just walked everywhere.
@@dammitbobby283 lol. Good comment here.
Good job on the recovery as always. I was waiting for someone to say stop spinning your tires, it doesn't help. Really liked your tractor key solution first.
So glad you had them warning lights going.. didn't want cars on the highway to run into you!
I'm so glad someone else said this
I bought a '16 F250 Powerstroke with 4x4 and rear locker. I kid you not, I got stuck in grass. The truck was so heavy that it just sunk. You'll have to put some massive tires on these if you want to go offroad.
Yep, they have great pulling power but it comes with a cost of a lot of weight
Just like putting a SRT10 engine on a shopping cart: so much noise, no way to go anywhere
You are very good at off-road recovery. Your videos are the best.
Hey didn't know you moved!! Congratulations and good luck!!❤❤❤
Glad to have you back again. Great video. Hope the house is going well. Take care.
Thanks
The trusses go up tomorrow so it’s about time to get serious
As a resident of East Toledo,Ohio every time i see your rig i think Toledo Stellantis Jeep Assembly Complex We are cranking them Gladiators out like hot cakes but they dont look like that one but They litter up our roads!!! But then again with roads like ours you need a 4x4 rig😂😂😂
what a small world, im scrolling through UA-cam and watch a random video and see someone from 20 minutes from me lol. My buddy helped launch those, he was in charge and worked for the company they contracted for the wiring harnesses.
Good to see you back
Just did some work in Conway. Had a site that needed repair, figured I'd go on the 8th and catch the eclipse. You guys had a great view where youre at
We watched it right from the house
Kids loved it
I hope Arkansas is ready!
Hey bro, it’s Virginia guy all I can tell you is keep doing what you do young man you’re still proving that more can be done with less and I love this shit keep it up brother
Good thing he had his warning lights flashing.
🤣
I ran and turned them on and they asked why?
I said comments, everyone will comment why the heck do you have those lights on.
And boom here you are
@@OffRoadRecoveryLLC LOL.
HAHAHAH Deep in the Woods and the Beacons are on. I just want to look cool..........
@@OffRoadRecoveryLLC lol.. It's an algorithm thing..!
@@OFFGRID_Trucker exactly
When the video started I was thinking I've never been so stuck on a tractor with a loader that I couldn't push myself backwards with the bucket!
I hired that guy one time for electrical work. Still have the wire he left in the parking lot. Probably return it to his shop one day.
Did they do a good job on the electrical?
They seemed like good people and asked us to leave the name and number on the video so we did.
We could recommend them out to other home owners needing work
Man good to see you back at it, new location is beautiful
Nice to see you back at it.
Abe doesn't know how to drive the parking lot princess.
❤❤ Thank you for keeping it real lipstick. Not like some of the other off recovery, guys.
Appreciate it. And good to have you back.
Keep up with the good work love watching you on UA-cam god bless
Those tires offer ZERO traction.
You are the BEST of the best! Been watching you for a year now. Good luck in Arkansas. They are lucky to get you. Much love from California
We just bought 25 acres in Arkansas. Beautiful country out that way definitely a lot different than where I live in the South Georgia North Florida area.
Move or just stay there. We don't need folks buying up the land to never tend it and drive up the prices. Thanks but no thanks
I hope he replaced his diff oil. Removed each tire, and thoroughly washed his breaks and wheels. Checked any fluid which seal was under the mud for 4 days.
Lock pick FTW! You're a prepared man with many talents.
So glad to see that you will have work in Arkansas. Congrats on your first recovery of many more. 🤞
Why would you ever take a diesel truck off road with highway tires what are they thinking
I would like to know as well.
ITS CALLED STUPIDITY
Because diesels are invinsible. The real advantage to a 1 ton as well, is that they aren't heavy at all.
Never ceases to amaze me how guys take a heavy diesel crew cab off road in soft ground and then are surprised when they bury it.
We took it here the day before no problem it rained an inch and this is what happened
Welcome to Arkansas, I'm sure you and your family are going to enjoy the natural state and what it has to offer. I live about 2 hrs from Clinton and enjoy going through there on the way to the Buffalo River, which is beautiful. I'm a huge fan, watching you on these recoveries using that awesome jeep is interesting because you definitely know what you're doing. If I take a road trip up to the buffalo river, I would like to meet you someday. Keep up the good work and be safe. 👍
Yes no problem just hit us up
when in doubt, gas it out. That only applies to rock crawling XD No wonder dude got so stuck. Every time you made decent progress, he guns it and sinks it back down, making everything worse. Mud, you need to crawl and get on top of, just like snow. as soon as you break through, you're done for.
It applies to all motorsport if it doesn't go well at least it ended the suspense
Not all mud is the same....
Man why do people think to get out of the hole they have to spin the tires, I just don’t get it and it’s really nice to have y’all here so welcome to Arkansas
Thanks, Ford, for your efficient 4x4 which gets customers stuck better than a Voyager, so we can enjoy pretty recoveries 😂😂😂
I'm glad to see you're back on video. That was a stuck truck!
There are alot of places in Arkansas that is worse than this....I've seen dry places that have no bottom around Searcy....I stuck a 40 horse Kubota up to the head lights and had no mud on my boots when I crawled off of it!!!
Hope everything works out for you and family. I love how all you use is your truck and your head no big wrecker or multiple vehicles. It's a pleasure watching you work. And love how you drove tractor out had to do that a couple times in construction. Keep the great and educating videos coming love them.
Nice to see you back in action! Another nice recovery.
They didn't even need your gear, they needed your expertise.
glad to see you back in action!!
That wireless winch is the way to go, you have me convinced.
I lived in a tiny old farm town back in the mid-70s. Jerome, AR. Best place to live. Great people.
I hope everything thing works out for you and your family😊
Glad you had you strobe lights on all that traffic in the woods
Welcome to Arkansas im also in Arkansas I’m born and raised and I’m out in the country but closes point of reference is where they are wanting to put a Buckys store, just off of interstate 30
Hope y’all are doing well and enjoying the Arkansas summers lol
I live 1.5 hr north of u in Arkansas. That tractor isn't stuck. I run a cat 982 loader in sand mine. I run in deep sand. I have gotten it in a few places. I couldnt go forward or in reverse. Use that bucket get yourself out.
Thank God yall are here to save some of us from the grip of this ARKANSAS MUD.!!!!!I ❤all yall's videos
AR and TX have tough terrain
Hope you enjoy the challenge here 👍👍
That was amazing, love your style my man!
Now I know why you haven't been posting for a while, you moved!! Good to see you back.
Thanks for you new Arkansas vidio. Success to you. Darryl
YOU are the MAN for recoveries!
Nicely done!!
I w had been wondering what had happened to you All hope you like it there
Love it here
Lots of outdoor opportunities
Time to shed that Florida tag off your Jeep.
Yes, we haven’t been to the DmV yet
Been a long time since I’ve laughed that hard 😂
This is GOLD!
I'll bet them boys felt right silly when they got back and you already had the tractor out - and without even having the key! You now, them trucks oughta be marked "Super Heavy" instead of "Super Duty". That was an amazing recovery - just getting your rig in and out was amazing enough!!!
About time you're back with another video LOL
First of all, how did theF 250 make it as far as it did? I love watching you work. You have a boat load of knowledge, and a bigger boat load of all the right equipment to get the job done with little effort. Thank you, John from Cape COD😊
bout damn time y’all got a rescue
We’ve been closed due to building a house
i am going out to hugenuat tomorrow. gonna miss not seeing u out there. wish u well. keep the videos coming.
Love the new wheel chocks
I miss the older days. People who had trucks that were made for pulling heavy loads were people who needed to pull heavy loads. Not a weekend warrior who wants to pull a 250K travel trailer or big boat to party. They were used to pull tractors, hay, etc. a half ton with a V6 could pull that little tractor. People back in the day would never take a truck like that in a place like that. Good for recovery people.
Great job. You’re the man 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸
Good video ORR Fl !
How's the house coming along. 😊
Roof is on the small section
Machine supposed to be here Saturday to set the big trusses
Good video that is some soft mud
I deal with this at my job. Everybody’s first instinct is to floor it and get them tire spinning and get it even more stuck .
I think before 4 days came around I would have headed over to Harbor Freight and bought a winch and hitch mount. I'm guessing that recovery cost a bunch more money.
We charged $250
Your not getting a winch for that
Hope he saves your number, he'll need it. I thought the tractor must be broke.
Is the Arkansas mud much different than the Florida mud? I had a local guy make some scotch blocks for me. I hope to experiment with them this weekend.
The clay is the same
Much more rocks here
Much less swamp black mud
You are the man, nice job
Welcome to Clinton, you'll love it here.
We absolutely do
Nice first Arkansas recovery.
That guy needs a light side by side or 4 wheeler to get back in there. Good work
the real life showrunner impressive work i wish i could do this job :P
Great video one question tho where did you find your wheel chocks at
We built them
I love Arkansas. (Except Little Rock). How are y’all getting long?
Absolutely love it here and agree on Little Rock
Don't think I've ran across someone stuck yet that didn't scotch it with boards or slick pine poles to keep it from rolling off while it was buried.
that truck sure was heavy!!
It is amazing where you can get stuck in Arkansas. As well as what you get stuck.
Wireless free spool is awesome. What winch? I’ll find it nm.
Man don't tell everyone the secret!
Once everyone figures out how groovy N.Central Arkansas we'll be overrun.
Come a little further north to Marion county. I live in the county seat and we don't even have a red light. Lots of adventures to be found. Floating the Buffalo or the worlds best trout fishing on the White and millions of undeveloped acres to explore and for people to find themselves in situations requiring your services.
If you don't have people here,
don't hesitate to call if you need someone to drag winch lines or a forestry tractor with a PTO winch, a skid loader or just another winch vehicle.
I will be very interested in seeing how the recoveries differ from what were used to seeing you perform. Especially as far north as I am where it's substantially more rocky and hilly. I guess a recovery is a recovery, you just assess each individually and do what you gotta do.
Once again, great video! Keep em coming!
Y'all come see us,
We'll leave the gate open...
Definitely need to get some trout fishing in
I haven’t done that since I lived in Michigan
They walk amongst us every day but they should wait until it’s dark, if in doubt flat out as a certain Colin McRae used to say 🏴👍🏻
They either spell it or say it wrong, a friend of mine lives in cansaw. A key rocket surgeon for first customers 😎
What wheel chocks do you use?
That's different mud right there
how is the 8274 working been hoping to see it in use
He didnt stand a chance in real mud with those mall crawler tires.
Seriously.
More of a ground clearance/weight issue. Don’t matter what tires you have when you’re framed out.
Curious to know what wireless light controller you have, and when you'll take the light bar out of "demo" mode.
The back up lights are wired into the winch and had a on/off function for the lights
Welcome to AR
