- We've got a good one today. This Toyota pickup along with a trailer was abandoned in a creek for a year before we were able to go in and remove it. We want to say a special thanks to the ACC BOATR members who helped make this possible!
Need to be recovered?

Very good to see young people working to clean up their state. Me and my wife, in our late 60s and mid 70s, do the same here in southern Arizona.
Seems like there is always something to clean up!
It's crazy that someone would leave a truck sit out there for that long. Good job guys.
This video popped up today in my suggestions. Its nice to see an 80s chevy at work. Especially a 4x4 tow truck.
Glad you liked it!
Yes but it scared me at first on the back of the trailer when it DIDN'T START UP.....
@@ArkansasOff-RoadRecovery🎉I wished I could've ACTUALLY made the trip there and brought it back home????? Some decent tires and rims
Smartest thing to of have done would of been lift front end with wrecker, rear end with jack go around and change all 4. I've actually done that b4, BUT NOT IN RIVER SAND
Damn I think I'd driven to ARKANSAS just to load that thing up and haul it back JUST 4 THE PARTS.
This video appeared today and im happy it did! Seeing these young guys do something good for the world we live in gives me a lot of hope. We all have choices in life, these guys chose to do good. I would be suprised they made enough from the scrap to cover expenses but they still did it, im sure there are many good people like this in the world we dont know of but i encourage everyone that watches them to subscribe. Lets keep their channel growing folks.
Thanks!

Thank you for cleaning up your little part of the world.
Thank you for sharing. That is some great team work😊😊😊. I really like your tow truck.❤. No bells and whistles just a strong pulling machine.
Thanks!
THOSE GOLDEN YEAR TOYOTA'S ARE HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER AROUND HERE EVEN IN THAT CONDITION.
Where ?
How many you want? Lol 😆 🤣 😂
Good job boys, saving your natural resources and eliminating an eyesore is all good.
Glad you got that truck out of the creek.its just polluting the water.keep Arkansas beautiful !!!
I’d put money on it that the Toyota can run again with oil, plugs wires, coil and some gas. Not a bad little beater yota. Change the fluids call it a day
EXXXACTLY I'M A YOTA & CHEVY PERSON SO I'LL AGREE WITH YOU ON THAT.
and rad lol
Yea after that top gear episode where they trashed that toyota truck and it ran with no new parts even lit it on fire I believe In those
Itwil male it run
add nos😂
Glad this thing is gone! Appreciate you guys for getting the job done!
Thanks! Glad to clean up the creek!
Just discovered your channel. My body's stuck for now in Cali, but my head and heart are in the mountains and desert. My daughter and her family live in E. Ark, near the river. Love to visit that area when I can. I like watching offroad recoveries because someday I plan to be out there, and I'm watching how people get stuck and how the recovery people get them out. Looking forward to more videos by you folks.
I live in Arkansas, love wheeling here but my heart & soul are stuck in the desert too. Specifically Utah
I try to get that truck running again keep it as a trail rig.
We’ll see if she runs
Hey it's a toyo. For sure. Flush engine and tranny with diesel fuel
Bummer it was abandoned and trashed. Looked like it used to be a cool little rig.
Fantastic keep at it you will be the tops soon👌
Thanks!
Off road recovery for sure. Thank you for sharing .
Man, you're lucky you're in a free state. Here in Washington if that was left there for longer than a week they would close off every single trail in the immediate vicinity, never to be opened again
That sort of thing is partially why we try to help clean up.
@@ArkansasOff-RoadRecovery God bless you guys
Thanks for all you do. You guys are the best!
Those of use with hearing loss really appreciate CC.
Hopefully we’ll be able to add that in the future
Wow! Impressive . I subscribed before the video was half over.
Wish I was closer. I’d love to have that truck
Great job, way to keep your playground clean.👍🏼🤙🏼💪🏼
Abandoned free Toyota 😮 I would claim it and make a trail truck buggy
Good stuff. Thanks!
That poor little pickup… they’re such good trucks. It sucks when people absolutely destroy them for no good reason.
🤩Toyota Hilux !🤩
🤠Awesome Sauce !🤠
😇❤
Don’t think I’ve seen one like this before. Nicely done. Really pretty area. I’ll subscribe.
Great video, you guys work good together!!
A third winch ran off a pto would be a nice addition to that wrecker. Snatch blocking those electric winches would help out to. What a beautiful area to do a recovery in.
Obviously you are very inexperienced or new to recovery from the mistakes made, but keep at it, you will learn, and no better way than with a pack of good friends. Good on you
Care to elaborate?
You guys are doing great Thanks for keeping our beautiful state clean and natural I'm a subscriber now❤
Show us how cliffy.
@@Chef-James Obviousliy my comment neant as a compliment has upset you
Sorry, a Key bounce posted an incomplete message. As I was saying, You are obviously upset by a comment that was meant to encourage. But you have not bothered to look back over the video to see just what was wrong for yourselves. It appears that you have taken the "newbe" attitude that I know it all, nothing else matters. OK I'll point out one Glaring dangerous mistake, then you go look for the rest there are 3 bad ones, and if you can't see the rest for yourself??????? you figure it out.
All the way through this recovery you have a "man" in the firing line should a line break, especially as you didn't even check for that obstructions, or you would have seen the log behind the back wheels putting eve more strain on the rope now go look for the rest. and one of the "Just things a winch user would normally know" might pay to know just how long an electric winch can run for, with out rest/cooling.
Good job guys, that deserves a subscribe.
Good work gentlemen!!
Pretty smart to be standing in the back of the truck with a neck poked out
Thanks for cleaning up!
Cleaning up Scrap from the Bush is Good Dharma. You Fellas get ✅✅✅ in Heaven…
Just might stick around and see what these guys get into did a great job oh yeah I subscribed
Thanks!
@@ArkansasOff-RoadRecovery yup
Nice job Nice show 😄👏👏👏👍👍👍👍😍
looks like some fairly new parts on that truck.
I hit subscribe for the squarebody tow truck. Also a fellow Arkansan
Wash and compound, it’ll look like new.
Winning Format here guys! I'm an Arkansas Native here. I know everyone on the internet has all the answers...but most just want to help. This off-road recovery thing has exploded in the past few years, Ever since recoveryteam with eric and mara...then Matt, rory..etc. It's just good way to see the backwoods from a armchair. Best of luck with your Channel. Say location of recovery, add some mics, speed (fast forward) pulls with no commentary...you'll be at the wrecker games in no time! New Sub here!
Thanks for the input! We’re figuring some thing out, the input is helpful. Looking forward to many more recoveries to share.
@@ArkansasOff-RoadRecovery what creek was this? I am always looking for new places to wheel (2021 GMC X31 Off-Road) Arkansas has so many Awesome trails.
Sorry we can’t provide that info. This is not a road that is open to the public and we have a policy of not sharing locations if possible for customer privacy.
@@ArkansasOff-RoadRecoveryas an Arkansan who’s not very far from you, I appreciate that. I do not take kindly to strangers on my land without permission. Just found this channel and subscribed.
@@ArkansasOff-RoadRecovery I always respect private property, If you said it in the video, I missed it!
A wild ride. Good job
Heck quick pressure was change fluids CHEK. Clutch and brakes another 100k on that toyo
This Hilux if have title they can sale and have cash to buy 6 of this 2001 General motor vehicle even
Really nice scenery
That square body Chevrolet 4x4 tow truck is awesome! Digging the lifted Z71 'Burb too!
Thanks!
Great job of editing video.😊
Nice trailor. The black trailer.
Great job guys
if y'all do river recovery's often keep a set of wader's in your truck's dry feet
Yeah we were thinking about that
KORR🎉 another great rescue
with all the rusty frame issues this must have some value.
Hey. I have the same wrecker unit you have. In the back of my chevy
the thumbnail looks like RC Cars xD
Awesome teamwork guys👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🤪🇬🇧
Dig the idle on the tow truck. Nice rumble...
new battery and some fuel and that old hilux wouldve started right up and driven outta there😂
Good Job Men keep up the good work. I to think that motor will run little clean oil, file the points, and Maybe new plugs. and of course some Marvel Mystery Oil. got kind of new tires.k
Please increase the volume when you create your videos. I had to crank it up on my tablet to hear your dialog. Nice recovery!
We’ll try to get better

People & yes l am one !
Several people have said that you need to engage the audience more and while that would be nice it’s mostly just too long. 20-30 minutes is good 😊
We thought that too, we’ll work on it, it was an 8-9 hour job so lots of footage to work through
Só de limpar o leito do rio já um grande feito
Parabéns 👏👏👏
Damn wish I’d find me one of the gems abandoned
That’s a sandy a ss creek damn
Beaitiful water. Should hold trout nicely.
great work guys, and goodd luck on your channel....sound could be better tho, maybe it's just me. thanks
It’s not just you, we have limited filming equipment and time for editing
Is there a mechanical safety locking mechanism on the tilt bed of that trailer ?
En Suisse vous seriez désoeuvré il serait inimaginable de voir quelque chose comme ça abandonné plus de 2 jours..
Great job guys!! Being out in the desert all my days it’s weird you guys calling those “creeks”. We don’t have creeks like that, those are bigger flowing than our rivers. 😂 excepting maybe the Colorado river. Have you guys checked out some of those desert recoveries like Matt’s Off Road Recovery or Trailmater? (Beauty country over there in Arkansas)
This is an average creek around here. Yes we keep up loosely with what some of the other youtube recovery channels do
I would bet that things been floating around in that creek for quite some time, even during a flood.
Yep
Did you get the rescued 4 wheel drive going??
cool
Heck a little WD. 40. And some motor oil that toyo gonna be running as a trail. Rig
I’d love to have the rims of of that… but with a little time and patience that will run again for sure
Toyota Abandoned in a Creek: Will it Run?? Next video title...
Yep, that will be on the Tracer Customs channel
Wonder what the story is on that old 'Yota?
Did it just break down and they left it?
Was it a stolen truck and they left it?
I’m not interested in your 4x4 general motor, but dang i like this ugly and dented toyota
Bring it straight to the junk yard !!
What a beautiful place right by the suburban to make a camp fire and have some hotdogs!!
Yep
Hope is going to be fixed
I had a truck like was great! But it rusted 2 chrisrmas
I want to know what that A frame thing was yall cut up and brought back for scrap..
I mean, what would they use that for out in the woods like that??
And from the looks of that truck and trailer, they seemed to have been goin out there to build a grow op with all that fencing and plastic planters..😂😂
No clue, we couldn’t figure it out.
I think they were looking for scrap metal
Fix the steering and get a gas cap and she's back on the road 🤣🤣🤣
I love the beautiful scenery. Where is that at?
Arkansas
@@ArkansasOff-RoadRecovery yeah I could tell that where about in Arkansas is it close to Mountain View Arkansas
Yall need some front-end work, power steering, and talk to us a little bit more, call each other name's. Trip one another or something, lol. I enjoy your video. I grew up in the same year wrecker as you use. It was brand new when I was a youngster, tho😂.
Yep we sure do, just need to money to fix it!
look at time frame 45 33 on and look to the right in the distance lol there something walking by
😂 that was Josh going to get a tire we spotted not to far off the road
You could you a few pointers from Rory....Trailmater channel
I've seen a lot of his stuff. He knows what he's doing but he's been doing it for years. We also have very different terrain and vehicle capabilities over here.
What was the stand in the woods for?
No clue! We couldn’t figure it out but didn’t want it washing down the creek anymore
Were at in Arkansas are you located.
I figured I Could Use just ONE MORE CHANNEL to keep Up with! Great, Grand, Wonderful 😂!
You Start Recovering For UA-cam or Putting Out There What You All Do already? Just Curious.
Standing in-line With the Lead was Silly in My Mind, makes My AssHoe Pucker the Thought of it Snapping. AnyWho, I’ll Catch You Fella’s on the Next One, y’all Keep It Safe Out There. Good Day from South Central Pennsylvania
You're welcome!
Oh man if you think that's bad, out here in Phoenix, AZ people drive worse cars than the Toyota that you got there!
bet someone would pay a bit over scrape price for that taco and use it as a farm truck
get underneath and straighten out the passenger tire with a ratchet strap.
Where in Arkansas are you guys based out of?
Russellville, we’re right in between the Ozark and Ouachita National Forests
Need a sling on the back of the wrecker or a wheel lift.
Hope you didn’t scrap that thing
I'm betting those Toyota tires are already on Craigslist.......
Not yet, we are going to try to make it run. stay tuned on the Tracer Customs channel.
Doesnt it steer?
No steering was broken and steering wheel was locked
Where are ya'll located? I'm in Hot Springs, might need you some day.
We're located in Russellville, right between the Ozarks and the Ouachitas
Cool, thanks. I generally off road in the Ouachita National Forest 45 miles or so from Hot Springs, good to know!@@ArkansasOff-RoadRecovery
Was this something you found abandoned or did someone (forest service) give you a call? I love watching a square body work but a suburban working is better. But I'm kind of biased.
We found out about it through some local canoeing groups, they do regular river cleanup days and this was a large item they wanted to remove. Just happened to work out that we could help
@@ArkansasOff-RoadRecovery what creek is it? I'm in Clarksville and am curious
Sorry, we would rather not specify specific locations for customer privacy.
all good .. I have an idea of where it was 😉
Bet someone would buy for scrap price.
I think if you changed the title of your video to something like,//'' watch your folk clean up auto trash from pristine river environment '''' you might get alot more likes and subscribes....the beginning could be cut shorter as well....but good to see you folks looking after nature..
