Cleaning 2011 Acura MDX ATF transmission plug during drain and refill

2011 Acura MDX ATF transmission plug. The fluid was overfilled by 2-1/2” and I was getting really bards shifts from 1-2. The rest of the gears there was a tug pull feeling. After draining and filling to the correct level shifting is so much better. I’ll do a total of 3 drain and refills.
