I struggled with pain around my right knee cap for more than 6 months. After everything run or walk I felt discomfort. After trying these stretches for a week and I don’t have any discomfort. Thanks for the video
Your videos are great man. You always get straight into it and explain as you go which is perfect, instead of spending ten minutes talking.. And these stretches are just what I’ve been needing! Thank you 🙏
Holy damn dude, I only just found your content and followed along with this. Lots to gain still. Thank you for all the free content you give, it’s high quality stuff and I’m delving deeper!!
Thank you for this Josh! This is exactly what I needed this morning. I always do the first stretch from my couch; never thought about doing it against the wall. Oh it hurts soooooo good!!!!
Ok, took a very 1st step to actually try to stretch & Boy-------cannot keep balance and tip totally complete on the floor, & finding out (by my fall) I felt I could be a pile of stiff snap sticks, but I think your stretches will be a miracle to come. Still inspired.
Thank you for making such an easy-to-follow tutorial and keeping it positive! The way you talk about Peloton halfway through the video makes me laugh every time. I love those commercials too!
Dude, it hurt so good that I also turned a little Australian to say subscribe with an accent. The title was perfect for this video; it caught my attention. Keep up the good work guys.
Wow really impressive I have done this exercise for a month and a half and I see great changes.i feel less stiff..more flexible I really feel and look different thank you so much for this workout
My right quad is totally locked up when I walk lately from lack of stretching and still working out. I’m going to give this a honest go daily 3 rounds and I’ll see how it goes. Loved the first session so far
Peace and blessings bro. Loved this.. can you do a video speaking to the connection between the hips/quads and the neck and upper body. When I have neck pain, stretches like this tend to relieve the neck pain. Thanks for all you do.
Felt like masochist and i liked it :D That was intense, i was not able to do some exercises in full. But it felt good and gave me goal. Also the way Josh speaks - amazing! It helps relax and also to focus
That was amazing!!! My body definitely couldn't handle the progressive round LOL. Kept with the guidance from the first round and just relaxed into it! Soo grateful for your energy!! 🙏🏾♡
That is really good to do I need a lot of stretching on my left leg because of my stroke all my muscles on my left side has shrunk a bit because of my stroke I will give it a go thank you
I thought I was flexible; then I did this follow-along. Wow. You talk about strength and the ability to delay the body's Oh S==t response, but I found out on the hamstring stretches this helps balance too! The first set was so wobbly; even in 15 min. this helped me improve balance. Thank you.
I love your content and love these kinds of videos. Your channel explains things really well and all the viewers appreciate it.😁, keep up the good work mad lad👌
Hey, I find it really difficult to touch my toes 😒that says I am really stiff! But I am gonna follow ur stretching and update my comment how I am doing! Found really difficult the knee against the wall and arching the back while taking head down to the knee! I hope I can improve after following this video. Do you recommend to follow these exercise every day before starting weight exercise in the gym?
Dear Josh, I am a 61yr old. I had a serious meniscus tear on my left knee sometimes back. It's quite OK now and then I developed a tightness on my right knee. I am physically active and been doing lot of stretches and feeling quite good now. I tried both these stretches and was able to perform them without much difficulty. Will these two stretches would be enough for me to maintain the condition of my knees. Greetings from Sri Lanka.
In yin yoga (deep, long hold stretches) our teacher told us to go as far as our least mobile/flexible side. Takes time and patience but the imbalance will become less pronounced.
@@derekcamarota401 only a little over a year for me so sounds like we're probably at similar levels of movement. Have only been doing Strengthside videos since November and have seen massive gains in my hamstring/hip health. Good luck on your journey 🙏
How'd it go? Hurt so good?

Going to do these after my morning meditation....let you know, thanks!!
nnntttuuuhhh
great way to start the morning bro!
@@DaWeirdFreak always
Wow, I am still at a point where my chest is flat against my need on the first stretch. I have a long way to go.
I struggled with pain around my right knee cap for more than 6 months. After everything run or walk I felt discomfort. After trying these stretches for a week and I don’t have any discomfort. Thanks for the video
Same
I need this so bad. I wish PE classes made it more mandatory to become more flexibile back in the day. I feel like I'd be healthier and happier.
I teach PE to children and do teach stretching but not enough on flexibility, more for warm up/ preperitry. Your comment is making me reconsider
do it now
Congrats, you’ve made a grown man cry
Same here, not even knee to wall...
Like a rolling stone.
💯
XDDD
🤣🤣🤣
Stiff squad, assemble. Great vid, many thanks.
I followed along yesterday and today im feeling better thanks to you so im back again
My wife and I are really enjoying your stretching routines. Thanks!
Peloton should sign you on for mobility classes!! Get them true cred🤩🤩
The points, tips, & explanations you bring are priceless 💎💎
great results for a pelvic tightness..often confused with hip issues. THANK YOU!
Well now I know I'm too stiff to do any of these properly. You learn something new every day haha
That's all the better reason to do them :) you will be surprised how fast they can improve
I seldom comment on videos, but this is a gift to those who are active and need to pay more attention to flexibility. Thank you
Your videos are great man. You always get straight into it and explain as you go which is perfect, instead of spending ten minutes talking.. And these stretches are just what I’ve been needing! Thank you 🙏

This inflexible Cyclist needed this! Thanks 🙏🏻 no where close with knee to wall.
My right quad is totally locked up when I walk lately from lack of stretching and still working out.

Thank you bro
That first position is no longer "out of the cards" for me 😃
Bomb!!
Thanks for this. Any advice for one side being stronger and more flexible?
Majority of people are asymmetrical. Just put effort towards symmetry... something that will probably never be achieved :)
In yin yoga (deep, long hold stretches) our teacher told us to go as far as our least mobile/flexible side. Takes time and patience but the imbalance will become less pronounced.
Jarriko thank you, only a year into stretching and yoga. Good advice.
