    I have the 15 inch version for 2 years. The B1500xp. I love it!

      Does it really put out some really great bass? I'm deciding whether this or the alto ts318s sub. I'm leaning more towards this one because I have a pair of 115ds and enjoy the sound as well as the price

    I got B1800d pro, bought it in 2013 ,used few minutes and in 2015 ,Amp stopped working,took it for repair and they said, it's written off, it died in silence,they looked for spare parts, Behringer don't sell spare parts,very disappointed,how can I get Amp replacement and from where?????

    the iq18b has a response of 50hz at -3db, while the behringer has a response of 40hz at -3b. The behringer seems to be better
    also how many subs do I need for a 500 person outdoor event

    So this set up would definitely be good for live bands ???

      A medium size one in a medium size venue of up to 5000 people. The number of subs and tops needed will depend on the shape, height, of building and sometimes the type of music and nature of performance.

      They work great for me especially in medium size events (1000 people). Whenever you do smaller events with a small budget go everything EV because you can work solo . They are very light and fairly powerful.

    Can you make a video on the Turbosound IQ Tops?

    very informative video. thank you MrSam. I am buying one of these subs on your recommendation. How best do I connect it to a powered mixer Yamaha EMX5016CF

    • @BANANALANDMEDIA
      @BANANALANDMEDIA  5 років тому

      I give subs their own mix that way i am in total control of the subs. As long as your mixer and snake have enough returns.

    Brands do not matter! It's about frequency crosspoints and matching wattage for your application. The only time a brand is important is when they have built in dsp systems that in a sense speak to eachother to process the sound. The iq sub is much much better and much cleaner sounding.

      A couple of reasons why brands do matter. Warranties and reliability. Qsc 6 year warranty. Never had any problems. Hardly anyone on UA-cam talks about their qscs giving out mid party. Other brands... all the time.

    Can you give me a diagram on how you plug up the turbosound iq 15 with the behringer b1800 xps

  • @Hemoria22

    Hello sir , I've recently purchased this set up, can u tell me best way to plug these up, Im settung up with my band

    • @BANANALANDMEDIA
      @BANANALANDMEDIA  5 років тому +1

      Do right and left mains for the house as usual and give the subs a separate mix. Of course give the monitors a different mix too. The reason I do subs separate is to have full control of my base.

    • @BANANALANDMEDIA
      @BANANALANDMEDIA  5 років тому +1

      If you are low on subs you can run the tops on club mode but run them on live mode if you have enough base.

    hello Mr sam !!is it enough one sub with 2 15"tops for outside parties for 200-300 people??

    • @BANANALANDMEDIA
      @BANANALANDMEDIA  5 років тому

      Nikos Agathagelidis definitely 2 are enough but 4 will be quit enough for a crazy crowd. You will avoid overworking the two.

    • @BANANALANDMEDIA
      @BANANALANDMEDIA  5 років тому

      @@soundfreak8892 Yes definitely . 8 of the subs can feed 2000 crazy people in a high roofed gym.

    Is this your regular set up , behringer? ?

    • @BANANALANDMEDIA
      @BANANALANDMEDIA  6 років тому +1

      yes when i do over 1000 people. but i do EVs for smaller quick events

    • @BANANALANDMEDIA
      @BANANALANDMEDIA  5 років тому

      My regular setup are EVs because I specialize in small bands and I run solo. They are lighter and they keep up.

    Было бы очень неплохо посмотреть такой обзор, только на русском языке! (учить английский только из-за этого нет смысла)
