Can I ask why you use 75% brake pressure instead of 100%? Isn't this wasting braking potential on an ABS equipped car? Or is this an Iracing thing? :)

I’m not 100% sure but I’m almost certain that when ABS is in effect, it is actually slower, so when he is using 75% brake pressure, he is on the limit of the brakes before ABS takes effect. Because when ABS is working the wheels are sliding and rolling and sliding and rolling in milliseconds, whereas at 75% it is a constant slowing roll (if it makes sense). Hope I could help 😀

You can try it yourself. Abs in Iracing increases braking disrance a lot

Ed questions makes sense. I dont think at 250 kmh you have abs effect when applying 100% brake. So when applying 75% at high speed you lost brake usage.. if someone can put light here ! 🤣

@@taki38 gt3 cars are able to lock up at 250kmh

@@taki38 are you joking? Ehy shouldnt you be able to lock up the wheels while going fast? Especially when going fast youll lock up the wheels easier so the question doesnt really make sense. Locking up is always worse in every way than just being at the limit while not locking up
