For an impeachment / conviction to be successful, they need 2/3 of the senate floor to agree. Max amount of damning evidence has to be shown to convince the Dem senators.

I think they are being thorough. This corruption goes beyond even Biden to the FBI and DOJ. They are still withholding critical evidence. When the GOP has the full evidence, it should show that Biden has been compromised and is a threat to national security. Meanwhile, this judge is requiring that the Hunter case to provide much more details. This will take time, but it should help the GOPs investigation. I hope this ends up with the Bidens in prison, as well as certain DOJ and FBI crooks. Sen. Paul is right to want this done right. And a costly impeachment shouldn't be necessary if Biden goes to prison.

He needs to be made an example of. Someone from this administration needs to be held accountable for their crimes or there is just a clear two tier justice system which will bring lawlessness. If people don't have to follow rules, then why should other people? He should not get a lessor sentence, he should get a much harsher sentence based on who he is. Comparing him to Manafort is laughable, he should get 5x the sentence as that nobody.

As strung out, and tweeking as Hunter was on the White House balcony, on the 4th of July, shows that he is a very heavy user. He can't go cold turkey without going through intense withdrawal. He doesn't stand a chance of passing the drug test ordered by the judge, in August.
Who will administer the tests and in what setting? Who will witness whose blood or urine is collected? Just a thought...

Schiff is sanctioned but this isn't nearly enough considering his role in perpetuating the Russia hoax, resulting in a 32 million dollar investigation that tore the country apart.
I think Schiff should be charged with conspring to unseat a duely elected president, along with many others. Those guilty of creating the persecution of Trump, faced NO CONSEQUENCES for their part in the chaos this caused, and illegal deeds that took place. Not only that, but they continue their persecution fueled by the lies of the past. Nothing done to keep them from pressing on.
