@@LauraintheKitchen I believe the reason Nonna told you that about the salt is because salt kills yeast. You want it to already be activated before you add the salt.

She does have a lot healthy recipes just search in her blog! She has salads , soups which I made and they are so delicious 😋

I made this with fresh heirloom tomatoes from the garden instead of the peaches. It was wonderful.
Looks so good, I would use spinach in place of the arugula.
