Will swan the guitarist is so unique they named the genre swancore and its ever growing since. Also the cymbals with holes are generaly a "fast crash" with a quick decay because the mass removed by the holes.

“I’m on like sensory overload”. Welcome to the glory of Dance Gavin Dance. Please check out the older DGD. Both singers are amazing but any DGD fan would agree they were at their peak when Jonny was singing cleans (even if he wasn’t clean)

Loved this! I never watch reaction videos but this was amazing. You should definitely check out some songs off their brand new album Jackpot Juicer. Both the singer (Tilian) and screamer (Jon) lay down some of their best work, and Tilian drops tons of his amazing pop influences. They also feature their touring member Andrew Wells a lot on this album and he has an incredible voice and range as well. I'd love to hear your thoughts on his vocals! Cheers!

Dance Gavin Dance has had three different lead singers over their career and the sound of the band has changed a bit with every different singer but the majority of their back catalog has been with the singer in this video (Tilian). It might be interesting to compare each version of the band.

you should check out "Inspire the Liars" by DGD, i think you'd really enjoy tilians vocals on that song as well
If you like Tilian's pop vibes you should listen to some of his solo stuff i highly recommend Anthem or Holy Water
One thing most people don't know when listening to screaming in hardcore and metal is the 'screamers' use voice distortion that kicks on at a certain volume so don't ruin your voice trying to scream like that it's an effect

I'd recommend their song Nothing Shameful (tree city sessions 2) version.... Mostly for Andrew(their touring rhythm guitarist and backup clean vocalist) Andrews voice is so pretty

Jonny Craig was the original singer for DGD, his voice alone is worth checking out. Kurt Travis was the singer for the 2nd and 3rd studio albums, also an interesting voice and very talented. Both Jonny and Kurt were involved in quite a few bands (to be fair most of DGD's lineup has multiple bands) so there is a lot to listen to other than DGD if you want to branch out.
