Yeah, there's a hundred and somethingth mission where you get the child fulton. Me, I'd just order 2 jeeps, and put the kids in those, then fulton the jeeps. But when I did, I got an A ranking. Not sure what makes for the S ranking. In Dead Rising, the S is for special (they rank photos, not missions). Meaning you never know what the requirements are. Kind of a pisser.
You get an S rank if you just sneak up to the prison where the kids are, take them outside, order two jeeps, tranq the kids, place them into the jeeps and fulton em, call helicopter, leave. I even failed one time, as on the first try a soldier shot one of the kids, then continued from a chekcpoint, repeated without any guards noticing and still got an S rank. The ranking system of this game is kinda fucked up, as it doesnt seem to matter if you get caught or kill people. All you need for the S rank is fast mission time.
Couldn't fulton the kids but did get S after escorting . Rushed to get 1st guy , using Quiet to stun everyone , then did the same at kids camp . Quiet helped clear the way to the helo during the escort & the enemy helo didn't interfere .
I played this one yesterday (yeah, I know. Late bloomer although I did buy the game years ago) and I killed like 3-4 guards while defending the kids at the RV/LZ. I even shot down the enemy gunship (that one turned out to be a mission bonus). Still got an S. I don´t get it. I stealthed the shit out of everything until the very end where I literally butchered my accomplishment and I got rewarded for it.
Ted Miller it’s to unlock Raiden. If you get all S ranks on all missions that’s what you’ll get. Snake is still better with all of his upgrades though. Heck even faster than Raiden Lol! You get S rank by completing the mission fast as you can with no alerts (slow motion thing) from the bad guys. One or two is okay but anymore than that plus the base going crazy looking for you can take off points to get S Rank.
