I love this! I love that it was mentioned that healing is a lifelong journey. When I first started my transformational journey, after experiencing traumatic events, I felt that I "should" be through feeling what happened in the past. Now, I realize that is about using our past as a catalyst vs. something to hold us back. Thanks so much for the reminders. Thanks so much Ryan for the gift you are and what you give to others.!!

My own mother experienced same thing with her father, so glad you are here to bring us from one reality to this one now, I appreciate you sharing Jennifer, and you are funny. We need to laugh too!

Thank you Ryan. My brother is having heart issues, stroke after stroke, now he admits he had something to do with it, but he has no memory of his childhood with our mothers trauma and madness, and I didn’t talk till I was 4 or 5. Now I need to talk and I’ve talked too much, my feelings I’m more interested in now that I’ve had some authentic emotions, with mindful, conscious, loving people who too are feeling very intensely... I keep journaling... I’ve tried the fast Tapping with Dr Robert Smith. It cracked something wide open I’d never before understood about sabatage and imagininings.
