Jennifer Grace in her own words:
"I am a mother. A writer. A speaker. A spoken word artist. A leader. I am the one who will inspire, light a fire, and help you see your vison to the end. I am a coach, a catalyst, and a confidant. I tell the truth, lovingly yet bluntly, because I know it will set you free. I am authentic. I am real. I am committed to training and developing women who want to lead because I know that ultimately this will create a world of unity, peace, and love." "I stand with you. I'm attempting to introduce this at the school for the kids. It's necessary but difficult. Thanks for your dedication."

I interviewed Jennifer's mother on The Healing Place Podcast and am so excited she shared this with me via her latest newsletter. What a powerful presentation. I, too, practice, as I call it, the 5-4-3-2-1 mindfulness exercises almost daily. I talk about it often on my show. Thank you for this! I will be sharing it on my social media sites. P.S. I auditioned for a TEDx Talk in Cincinnati . . . kudos on engaging the audience!

Very insightful presentation. The content resonates with my worldview and the gaps I recognized in the 242. Very powerful tool for social change in our global Society at all levels.

its so annoying when teachers force a bunch of tired 17 year olds to sit down and write more than we need to. you may think it calms us down and helps us be grateful but it really makes school just a lot more stressful and makes us start to resent school
