Thank you so much for this! I’m looking forward to learn this some day I’m beginning adult ballet at 25 years old next week. I used to do ballet when I was 5 then I moved to another city and i stopped I revived my will to learn at 16 again and I was actually very flexible but I went to uni and stopped again. I want to dance again and this time I won’t let anyone or anything stop me. I may not become a professional dancer but I do believe I could be a great dancer some day and fulfill my dream to someday do fouettes in pointe and do grand jettes. I hope everyone achieves their dreams too! Thank you so much 💐💐💐✨✨✨✨

i started ballet when i was 4 and now i am 10 i am now in ballet 3 and with the virus i can't go to dance but my dance teacher sent my class this video for us to learn this white swan variation for beginners thank you this was helpful : )

thank you so so much for this!! i'm an actor and was recently cast in a student film about a ballet dancer and needed to bring in an already choreographed piece but i just about panicked since i don't have much ballet training and am much more comfortable in the musical theatre/concert jazz world, so this absolutely saved my life at the last minute lol

I know it maybe difficult to teach a beginner's version of the Black Swan variation because of the fouette turns hut but that would be so much fun. Thank you.
I have one version of the black swan variation already. The fouettés are part of the coda, but maybe I could think of a way to do a beginners coda too! :)

Helo! I would love it if u could give me some tips, so I used to do ballet when I was 8 I'm now 14 and I quit when I was 11 because I think I fell out of love with dance. I wasn't having a good time in my class and it was hard to keep up plus I didn't have any friends. However in lock down I have found my love for dance again and I would love to go to comps and stuff but I'm too nervous to go to a class what should I do? I love being self taught but it's not the same as being in a class
