Hi, Tanner and Carly, that "unknown" wreck looked like sidecar motorcycles, I could see 3 wheels there. I'm glad to see Carly again, especially as a commentater.
@@TannerHolmes Side cars 1000 cc , no gears no brakes . Turn right. Rider and passenger. They run in New Zealand , Australia And did run in Southern California ., not sure if they are still running in California .
8:35 Riverhead! The last track on Long Island. There used to be a half dozen tracks out here and now they're either housing developments, shopping centers or golf courses.
5:46 they are sidecars, they are very very popular in New Zealand and have been around for quite some time. The second person who hangs down low on the right side is the swing man, or at least that’s what I call them. They help swing the car out. Really dangerous pieces of kit. Yet extremely cool to watch!
Tanner and Carly keep up the good work guys...love the content..I'm also a race car driver and seeing yall as young as yall are let's me know that racing really has a great future...
It's called speedway. Most of the time it's just a bike. But they race bikes with a sidecar. Both Motocross and circle track AKA Speedway. Most of the time they race in Australia, Europe.
Hi Tanner, the bikes with two people on them are called speedway sidecars, they race in Australia and New Zealand mainly on Showgrounds tracks, they have 1200cc bike motors and have been around since the 1950,s, we are finally able to have sprint car racing in good old Aussie here being summer over here, can’t go past sprint cars, greatest show on dirt/clay.
im glad your sister loves dirt track racing like you i tried to get my sister into stock car racing she likes sim racing but she likes video games but im a stock car racing and dirt track racing in real life and sim racing kinda guy, plus i love working on race cars like stock cars though ive only worked on lawn mower engines but eventually i will work on and race stock cars, this year im finally racing in a series if i pass my finals in school, im racing bandeleros or legends this year, idk maybe my sister will join me
The clip at 4:50 is at Stafford motor speedway in the wild thing karts series. Its a senior outlaw kart (division). I was there that night and watched this race after mine was done.
5:45 is a speedway sidecar race at Olympic Park speedway in Mildura Victoria Australia. That race was a support race in the Australian speedway solo title in 2018. The bikes are a chromoly frame with fibre glass guards. The bikes use a 1000cc road bike engine running on chromoly. There is a rider and passenger on each bike. Each race has four bikes in it and the race only goes for four laps.
The 3rd track is Shellhammers Speedway in Pennsylvania. That was a 600 Mod that flipped. I destroyed my flat track quad in the same corner one night. I also picked up my first winged outlaw kart win there. Its the PA Wings home track
Tanner It would be interesting to see video's about the tracks you go to and the facilities they have to compare to our tracks in Australia. Also I'm curious how Red Bluff and other indoor tracks ventilate. Great channel, keep up the good work 👍
Omg I was there at the spartan speedway race where the legend flipped into the fence. I use to run the bando class there and my dad ran a mod. Little back story, I use to race with the orange car Codie hall and the blue car was his mother…
Hey tanner if you want to look at something different, have a look at Mother Mountain Speedway, Gympie, Australia for some sedan racing. Due to a RH kink they don't race sprint cars but race just about anything with doors. Have fun watching.
At 6:08 those are in the UK and they are National ministoxs and race in England coz I travel from scotland to watch stockcar racing in scotland and England
Yeah I was at that Williams grove race in the first clip probably about 3 row from the top that was a good night it was first time visiting so it’s was fun
I ran street stocks for a few years before starting the super late models when you roll a street stock it's like wrecking on the highway that heavy car beats you hard especially when it lands on the wheels you build them for grip not smooth it hurts bad
2:20 is called a slingshot or stage one modified. A mini version of what is shown at 900 minutes which is an eastern dirt modified both run in and around Pennsylvania
The slingshot is a little different than the 600 Mod. That was a 600 mod in that clip. Just to help clarify. I run flat track quads and outlaw karts there
That was shellhammers in Leesport PA and it was a stage one. Similar to a slingshot but better suspension and tires with an outlaw slingshot motor so to speak
The sidecar motorcycle racing is crazy the swinger hangs off the side to counterweight the bike their helmet is about 4inches from the track as they go around the corners. Fun fact: no breaks on those bikes. So when they crash or fall off it's normally pretty horrific for the public at the track.
5:45 - New Zealand Sidecar racing. They drive on the left side of the streets so they race clockwise. Driver & Passenger are NOT strapped in. They have no brakes either. Very determined racers.
2:57, that is actually a mother and son crash at Spartan Speedway. Mom wheel hopped a car on the inside, sending her out in to her son, who ended up higher than the catch fence. He landed on top of his moms car, and she actually pulled him out while his car was on fire. I have a couple different angles of it, the track has security cameras covering the track so we can make judgement calls bases on replays.
The modified flip at the beginning looks like the 600cc modifieds they ran at the Tulsa Shootout. I think they are 600cc micro sprints with body panels attached. I could be wrong though.
The one you didn't know about are speedway sidecars . Three wheeled 1000cc motorcycles. 1 rider and 1 passenger for balance especially through the corners. Australia, New Zealand and England.
I was at Williams Grove that night when they had the 4-5 Car Crash. Also that crash happened in August 2020 & it was the Start of the A-Main that night.
At 54 years old watching you 2 young kids loving racing gives me hope for the future of racing Great job
Thank you so much Tanner for getting my worst wreck in at 4:35. Glad I had the opportunity to be in the video.
that was me that demolished him
Oh that must’ve hurt
I got this recommended and I was already a racing fan(especially NASCAR and Sprint car racing)so i watched it and i love it

There sidecars from nz

8:39 At Riverhead Raceway, the legend car feature is just a wreck fest... (Great videos keep them up!)
That was motorcycle sidecar racing. (big in Europe)
Actually not
Carley has that Earnhardt personality about her..... peaceful and focused on one thing.... beating you!!!! I love it!! You guys are great!!!
She is definitely someone worry about once that helmet is on lol

4:05 Thank you for using my clip. Keep up the videos!
No problem!
Hey Tanner at 5:47 those are sidecar-cross bikes.

Happy New Year mate hope 2021 will be a great year for you
this is so cool i got to send you one of my dads crashes one time
These videos are so entertaining to watch
2:22 That is a stage one modified. It's a class of mini mods that runs at a couple tracks in northeast PA.
The track looks to be Shellhammer's Speedway in Leesport, PA. I used to run karts there in the late 90's.
I think it might be Red Rock gateways. I race PA micro kidgets.
It is at Shellhammers speedway

You too man!
you should do a reaction video to the tulsa thrills & spills compilations. love this style of video
You should watch biggest NZ (New Zealand) Superstocks and stock car crashes
They are brutal and nothing compared to what we race in uk
Another excellent video
Happy new year Tanner hope you have a good year
Happy New Year from Australia to Tanner, Carly & Family! I hope that 2021 will not be a repeat of last year.
I was at Williams grove when that wreck happened and of course I didn’t see it
7:00 YOOO LOCAL TRACK LOVE !
Congratulations on 40k
Thank you!
The 2 formulas that you have asked about are ministocks racing at Kings Lynn UK and Brisca f2 in the Netherlands.
Love these vids
and the two people on the bike are called side cars, they’re really common in new zealand but a lot of people get ridden over
Is Speedway Sidecar the correct term? Sorry; clueless American here.
5:45 motorcycle side car racing... Big in Aussie land.
I love you so much and have a happy new year

The 3rd wreck looks like micro stocks at Linda's speedway in Pa. I ran a micro there and flipped in almost the same spot in 1989.
The pile up where you referenced it looking like Talladega, that was a US 24 speedway in Logansport Indiana
The third or fourth looked like a dwarf mod it looks like a bb mod but smaller
Edit thx for the heart tanner
In my opinion New Zealand has the best speedway culture in the world with such a variety and they fact we only race on dirt is so fun
For sure nz speedway is just so good with so many grades so ur not watching the something over and over again
8:13 F2 stockcars @ Venray raceway the Netherlands

There is another type of racing in Brittan called autograss its a style of racing in a field with various classes it's really amazing
Good to us in New Zealand featuring a few times, the cars at 8.19 look like Super Stocks from New Zealand, but they mostly run on dirt down here.
The minis wore stock cars and there in the uk
Do a part four please
One of those clips that the car slid upside down that happend in the New Zealand super saloon champs but they didn’t count it
8:26 i believe thats outlaw speedway in upstate NY. its a very fun track
