    That metronome is key. What other exercises do you use that for? It’s ingenious.

    Can those ONNIT steel clubs be used for tire slams?

      Wouldn’t recommend it because of the club’s short lever and it would result in injurying the wrist. A mace would be better choice because the long lever. I made a tutorial with it here: m.ua-cam.com/video/W-UmMLh9CnY/v-deo.html
