Love this content bro. 20 plus year lifter here and as I get older I see myself gravitating towards mace, club and kettlebells. These videos are expanding my mind so it’s much appreciated my man. 🙏

I have a random question. I’ve noticed looking at different steel clubs that same weights come in different lengths depending on the manufacturer. So what would be a good length for say a 15 pound club? Would there be a big difference, for example, in feel between one that’s 17 inches long versus one that’s 21 inches?

To be honest, I don’t think a couple inches with club length is going to make that big of a difference with your training - versus picking the right weight will. A 15LB is going to be enough for most male beginners, and practically everyone I coach chokes up on their club handle when evolving to single arm and double club variations. Practically all fixed weight clubs get longer in length the heavier you go. Clubs are already a short lever option in comparison to mace training where the length comes more into play with the distal load.
