    These are super useful exercises. I do my Mace Bell workouts regularly now, and it helps build strength + agility for boxing.

    This is inspiring!
    I wonder if the mace (the lightest version - 3kg) could be used to practice some of the more traditional wing chun long pole exercises. Keeping a long pole at home is not really practical but maybe a light mace could do the trick?

    I don’t have a traditional gada mace ,so for now I’m just using an axe.
