I`ve been doing this workout around twice a week ever since I found it half a year ago. I can truly say this is by far the best bicep workout I've ever done! It's short, hard and most importantly MY Bicep GROWS. Everything I tried in order to get a bigger bicep didn't work. The gym didn't, supplements didn't, but with this workout, I've seen the most progress in the shortest amount of time I've ever seen. For that, truly Thank you for uploading this workout❤🙏
Love your videos! Can I do these movements with a sledgehammer. . Was going to purchase one from a workout site, and just cheaper for me at the moment than a mace....
@@MACEMethod I did these exercises last night with my fifteen pound mace, and feel the burn! The reverse grip curl was especially good. I did the curls as the main course, so to speak, and alternated with some ab work, and other exercises. I subscribed to your channel as well. Peace
Thanks man! The last 2 years the mace has been the majority of weight training. I pick it up nearly every day, sometimes 5 minutes and sometimes for a 30 minute workout.
@@MACEMethod very inspiring. I'm a kettle bell guy, been very curious about mace. I think I am getting myself one for Xmas. Will be checking out your content. It's excellent
The mace is a big difference from a dumbbell because of the offset weight. It's the same movements but the distribution of the weight makes all the difference! Thanks for the question 💪😎👊

@Joshua Slater hell yeah brother good to hear! 💪 Thanks for your support 🙏
What is the weight of the Steel Mace you are using.
10 lb for this one but a 15lb would be good as well!
Why do you rest between switching arms?
No particular reason, just how structured the workout. 🤙
Nice physique bro. Is your training mostly macebell?

@@notundermywatch3163 Right on! I'm a big fan of KB's as well! Did you end up getting a Mace!?
so its basically using the mace as if it was a dumbell?
Why using a mae then?

also, you get 100 exercises with just one tool.
@@BlackonBlack- for sure!! Efficient and effective 👌
