Just switched from SW to CC. What a revelation!!!!! Never felt in control with all the free food, and love being able to eat proper food but making it all accountable. Thank you for some great advice 🤗
I’ve just re started cc. I was nearly going back to sw or ww but I have a few friends in cc and they are all losing and I got 5 stone to lose again after I started gaining on sw has had lost 9 stone. Thanks
Good luck with your weight loss, it's about finding something which works for you and with you. Doesn't make you feel out of control, or like you're failing and most importantly fits in with your life and the life you want. Happy to help if I can x
@@busybitchdiet1007 I hate the way I think and look at food. I used to lose well and I did lose 9 stone but since losing my mum I can’t lose some months and gains x. Help
