You can tell this man cherishes plants. It's a blessing to have people like that around...
500th like. The 17th century was when French Carmelite sisters distributed Carmelite water. The lemon-balm infusion of’miracle water’ was believed to boost the memory and perception, and also reduce melancholy, fever and congestion.
;)
I love mixing holy basil, motherwort and lemon balm. It makes a lovely mix for general anxiety 🍃
Lemon balm is easily my favorite herb of all time.
Love it with chamomile and or passiflora.
I love lemon balm! She is one of the first plants that called to me to work with. Calms frayed nerves - a cup of lemon balm tea feels like a soothing grounding hug.
💚💚💚
What a lovely description, Eva, Rose!😊❤ I can’t wait to try a cup, since my roommate just purchased a box of lemon balm, tea, and I wanted to learn more about it.😊
I love lemon balm too! What a great video full of amazing info. I watched it before, but it was worth another listen to catch a few things I had missed before. Where in PNW are you located? I am in Lynden, WA.
A lemon balm, motherwort and hawthorn flower tea (1:1:1) even tastes amazing.
Nice💚
I love how long and in-depth these videos are thank you so much for your generosity!!
It's my pleasure💚
I just formulated a tea with lemon balm, oatsraw, nettles, rosehips and fennel. Wonderful spring tonic esp for those who have anxiety or people who are over stimulated
Oooh this sounds like a beautifully nourishing but also delicious blend😊
I use it in this way too, and often with fennel (seeds). I grow them in my garden in Hampshire in England. They are two herbs you cannot stop once they're established. I'm 75 and have been using herbs for decades. You are so eloquent and make you videos very interesting.
Be blessed.
Self-heal, another herb which proliferates in my garden, is very effective for herpes too.
Beautiful💚
This is my herb of the year 2023. A true “gladdener”. It came to me in July as I was recovering from a very high stress period with a wonky brain. Within a week, I felt like all my synapses were synapsing. Now after several weeks, I feel so chill. Stuff that use to really stress me out is not. A real revelation. I just use tincture or tea daily, made from my own home-grown lemon balm.
Beautiful💚
That lemon balm is enormous !

Just started growing Melissa, I'm in love already & looking forward to the Ens experience! Have you worked with sheep's sorrel?
Do you think this would still be a good herb to treat wellness or GI issues with if you have Hypothyroidism? I love my little lemon balm plant and drink the tea often but wondering if this could have some minor adverse reaction since I do have Hypothyroidism. Thank you and you ROCK!
Yay :)

If Lemon Balm works best as a tea, would a glycerine be preferred over alcohol tincture to use when a tea isn’t convenient to make? Same with other leafy herbs, like Stinging Nettles?
I took some tulsi in a tea and it gave me little bit sore throat and my nose ran a little
Can making a tea from the freshly picked leaves help to preserve some of the volatile oil vs dying the leaves first? Is there a downside to doing a hot water extract with the fresh leaves?
No, fresh is best💚
When making a tea, are we combining it with a sweetener such as honey? Also how does this work in relation to our nervous system throughout the day?
You can add honey if you prefer your tea to be sweet❤
Can I plant Tulsi and lemon balm in the same area?
Yep
Would this be good for someone suffering from grief?
I know Rose and Hawthorne are good for the heart ❤
Heart ease (Violet)
Is there a preferred way to use this herb?
Tincture💓
Thanks!
Oh lemon balm is ita own plant 😅 i thought a balm was like a chapstick material
Germ theory is a Lie. But besides that great.
Speaking aboug hyper. How did you grow such a big patch of Lemon balm, or don't you share that type of information? How many plants to start to get such a big patch? What kind of dirt is yours in? What kind of heat, or sun does it like? Show us how to use a still to get out volatile oil? You sound like a partaker of cannabis. Jupiter planet, our Creator God put in place, to balance gravity, not to worship. It's a created thing, not the Creator... 💙💜✝️
I really want to know soil/growing conditions.
