This works for a lot of electronics that discharge below a certain percentage and the battery management won’t allow it to charge again to prevent damage. Most people will just throw it out and get a new one…I used to buy iPhone 5’s awhile back because they would do the same thing and people thought they were junk. I’d remove the battery and use a 5v charger to jump the batteries, pop em back in, and boom they’d charge and work again. So hopefully more people do research before throwing their stuff into a landfill when it could work perfectly fine with a little know how.
