I left my m365 unuse over a year n now not charging. I open the case, and there is no red or blue led. But upon plugin charger, it flashed red 4 times. Check BMS voltage output is 18.40v, but the battery before BMS is 36v. What can be wrong? Is the BMS board faulty after unuse for too long ?

That's a volt issue if it turns on and then turns off when u ride it but will stay on for a while then its to do with it not getting enough volts so either replace battery or check connections

I can't get mind to start I got up to 15 to 20 miles an hour

Try spinning the wheel that’s has the motor on it while you have it on charge. Just got 4 unresponsive scooters start charging that way
