I know of many who suffer from one or the other or both, so suffering from both-Anxietyy& Depression could be hard, but I've heard of the deep breathing and keeping a routine-Not a cliche but a fact that you may very well have experienced. Hang in there.....look at all the folks you have here backing you up, the numbers don't lie. You have such warm, calming videos that I always feel a sense of calm.
Alexa is growing so fast. Time flies. I remember when my two boys were her age. Now they are grown. Loved seeing her play the piano. Your lunch looked wonderful, and I would have loved to stroll through the marketplace for hours. Where you live is beautiful and your photography of all of it is just fantastic. Thank you!.

He plays the piano by ear and loves movement, he did ballet. Because of this, my daughter wrote the book "The music box that lives in me", the first of ten books, very well accepted by children, whose main character is my granddaughter. Life, despite the sorrows, is magically beautiful.

Прекрасно! Моя дочь по тем же причинам занимается музыкой: два раза в неделю в школе по 40 минут и 3-4 раза дома по 20 минут. Безусловно, этого недостаточно для профессии музыканта, но, считаю, достаточно "для себя"

У моего дяди был фотоаппарат ( в то время черно белый,это было примерно 35-40 лет назад) и проектор,так вот,когда он нас снимал мы собирались вечером у них дома сидели за проектором и смотрели наши фото,это было очень увлекательно,я никогда не забуду эти ощущения...😌✨
Очень рада за Алексию, музыка действительно очень положительно влияет, она способна исцелять ❤️ В наше время,каждая вторая семья считала своим долгом, отдавать ребенка на музыку,и пианино считалось ,как атрибут мебели,у каждого дома было, даже,если в доме не было музыкантов. Сейчас один и ста отдает ребенка в муз. школу,и в современных домах вы не увидете пианино.
