Have you ever thought about side window deflectors for the Land Rover or Sprinter? They help with windshield fogging especially without A/C, plus of course they keep you dry with the windows cracked open.

5:31 I cannot speak for America but where I live in Canada if you're caught driving 20 kmh slower than the posted speed limit on a highway you can be ticketed. Impeding the flow of traffic, unless the driving conditions warrant slower travel, is a selfish move. This is more enforced in my area where it is single-lane highway. If you see a line of traffic behind you then you should do the decency of pulling over and letting them go by. You and I know that there are impatient drivers out there who will do stupid moves to try and get by you that could result in an accident.
