Strife needs his own game. Another game to reveal the main bad guys behind this entire plot against the Horsemen. And another to end it. Two games playing as all 4 is better than one.
Lucifer and the Council were working together. Darksiders 3 kind of states the Council sought to destroy humanity, seeing how their balance was a lie. I believe the Council and Lucifer plotted together to destroy the 3rd Kingdom.
Goddamn. So that's why Abbadon feared humanity would tip the Balance in Hell's favor during the End War, because he feared Lucifer had already corrupted them from the beginning... Also, I hope this wasn't "Strife's game" for the series. I want him to have his own like the other 3.

The first one is it follows the trend of the next game happing chronologically before the last one, which means that Strife’s solo game would take place after Genisis but before Darksiders 3. The second is that Strife’s game takes place where Darksiders 1 ended, with the 4 horsemen reunited and we simply play as Strife. I think they’re going to go with the first option because we needs to see how Strife ended up as Jones in Darksiders 3, and how he lost his two guns. Maybe he was sent on a mission by the council, abandoned it then went to safeguard humanity until Fury showed up.
Death is big brother and always keep secret to his siblings make him so mysterious and not easy to get along among 4 Horseman, Strife easy going and like playing around make him more easy to approach among 4 Horseman, Fury don't like lose and always want to be the best even to her own siblings make her the most hot blood among 4 Horseman, and War to dutiful and don't like playing around despite the youngest of them make him the most stiff and easy to deceive among 4 horseman.
I wouldn't say that War is easy to deceive but he always did strike me as gullible, that is until I saw how naive Fury actually was but yeah, War just comes off as brash, still having a lot to learn.

I do love how they've used this to set the backdrop for the other games, and how badly Humanity and the Nephalim have been screwed by the Council, the Angels and the Demons of the setting.
"By now... Who can say? Will you kill us all, to be sure?" You can see his eyes drop. There you see a brief surge of who Strife was, before. That he was reminded of a similar event long ago, where he had to kill many people, once before.

There needs to be 2 more Darksiders games. Darksiders 4, where you play as Strife. Darksiders 5, where you play as all 4 Horsemen to end the Council and Lucifer, to save humanity.
unless the 4 can replace the Council somehow, get rid of them would be a pretty bad idea since they are the reason human get to survive in the first place and prevent the war between Angle and Demon, not to mention the horsemen don't care about humanity that much anyway. War fight demon and angel simple because they try to upset the balance, Death revived humanity only to save War, while Fury barely care about those puny human

Not to be rude, but the voice actor from Darksiders 3 is the same from Genesis, so it will most likely stay the same since he's apparently been dedicated to the series since Darksiders 1 as Vulgrim.

In the comic book war went on a rampage and the council sent the 3 to bring him back to the council in the middle of battle war was about to kill Fury but Death got in the way to save her since death couldn't be killed, i don't remember what death said but death did chop off his arm as a way to punish him and to make him learn a lesson. I have played all but this game and I must say even though he is a jerk he also follows the agreement to a tee even if it also benefits him. No matter how much you belittle him or anything like that as long as you keep your end, he keeps his.
What's wrong with a top down perspective? I think Strife being a gunslinger makes a top down twin stick shooter perspective ideal especially compared to the shooting in the other games which left much to be desired, which is fine since they weren't trying to be a third person shooters. I think this perspective change is cool as hell and much more functional gameplay wise.
Okay, so Timeline, Genesis is the first, Darksiders 1 Prologue follows, 2 and 3 basically run alongside each other, and then the rest of the first game. Now all we need is a final fifth instalment where all four horsemen are playable and kick Lucifer's buttocks and I'll be a happy camper.

After playing three of them and seeing this, the ending will be unknown to us. The only way it ends is when one human helps restore order and balance.
